I LOVE Dr. Herde but the hoops that you have to jump through to see her is super frustrating. Insanely long wait times in the waiting room area- well over an hour each and every time. You have to remember yourself to make an appointment with Dr. Herde SIX MONTHS in advance. This year, I forgot until 4 months from my usual annual check-up and now I'm having great difficulty getting my Rx refilled as NO one is getting back to my pharmacy. I ran out of the Rx because I had to wait SO long to get a routine appointment. This is NOT good! Very upsetting. I actually think I'm going to switch Dr.'s now- very sad to say because I like Dr. Herde so much!

Very caring, knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to you. Warm and friendly. All staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this physician.

Wonderful highly detail oriented. So focused on clients needs in every way. I have been with Christine for 15 years since she birthed my daughter. I can say that in every stage she has very carefully and accurately aided and solved every issue I have had to deal with. Dr Herde is great, but the office the most poorly run I’ve ever seen. They schedule appointments 15 minutes apart when they know it takes 30-45 minutes for the visits. As a result you sit in the waiting room for a MINIMUM of one hour! Usually more. They have no respect for people’s time. And they do not get the concept of an appointment. The whole idea is you tell me what time is available, I come in at that time, and get seen. Not what time to come in and start waiting. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will highly recommend Dr. Herdy, and her nurse Leyla, so far the best team I have ever had. They were always very friendy and took their time to discuss my issues with me. I never felt rushed out of her office. I miss them so much. I wish I have her care in FL.

Dr. Herde took the time to listen and explain all options. She gave her opinion and allowed me the time to make my decision. At no point in my visit did I feel rushed. She's one of the most compassionate physicians I've met to date. It's also very fortunate that she's an excellent surgeon.
