The visit was fast and efficient. Everything was clearly explained and it was easy to go through all the forms and get the labs. The front desk was super helpful when I called a couple of times with questions.

Beware of fleecing - Dr Narula is one of the civil surgeons approved by the USCIS for immigration. And boy, do I regret going to him vs the doctors at mt Sinai or NYU Langone. Not only did the process stretch for over 2 weeks (he only sees patients in manhattan every Wednesday), the office make it a point to keep calling you back for visits - and charge you every time for it, even if all of it can be consolidated in one trip. The initial visit is a lofty $450 and tests and everything is extra! Disappointing, and very unethical for a doctor to say the least. To add to the spectacular service, the office almost never answers your phone calls and hard to reach. Look elsewhere if you want a professional.

Very informative and professional

This office charges a very high cost of all travel vaccines compared to other travel clinics. And for vaccines that require multiple shots, they charged a huge consulation fee every time even though there was no consulation with the doctor at subsequent visits. HORRIBLE service!! If you are looking for a genuine travel clinic, AVOID this place at all costs.

I had a good experience with the staff here--my appointment was at one and I got to see a nurse practitioner by 1:15, even with some paperwork--but Dr. Narula does not cover anything vaguely gynecologic. If you're a woman you might as well find another doctor.
