Aggie is amazing. I never see anyone else.

Great place to go, instead of waiting months to see your primary physician. They get you in and out at a decent amount of time. All of the staff are super friendly and professional.

I enjoy seeing aggie, she is attentive and takes everything I tell her into consideration. I hope she never leaves, she's the one I make sure to see everytime!

Very good visit.! Saw Dan very quickly and he knew just what to do for me. He was very professional and quick to help me . if there was some way to see him every visit , i’d considered makin him my pcp.

Aggie Waston is the greatest doctor ever I wouldn't trade her for the world if she went somewhere else or something happens to her I would be so heartbroken. She really listen about ur health concerns and she gets u to the right place u need to go to and it is hard to find good doctor's like her I come all the way from Ftworth to Decatur Tx but it is worth it.

Kim was very pleasant, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She gave me what I am going to call a full work up to accurately diagnose me instead of the usual “hurry up” mentality. Will definitely use her again

The medical personnel, and in particular Aggie Watson, are stellar. The admin office, not so much. We have had an occasion when one person was calling us to confirm an appointment while at the same time, another was calling to reschedule the same appointment. These days, they are *all over* telemedicine calls when we have needed some to actually see and diagnose an actual physical issue. They called to schedule a telemed for test results i already had, then the charges are the same as an office visit. The medical personnel, and in particular Aggie Watson, are stellar. Aggie Watson, PA-C is the absolute best provider! Thoughtful, genuine, honest, & knowledgeable, Aggie listens to her patients and makes you feel seen & heard! She doesn’t hesitate to guide patients on their health/wellness journey & had a kindly assertive beside manner! They don't get any better than Aggie...She listens well, never in a hurry and knows her medicine...

If I could give it a zero - I would. You can not get past the office to make an appointment and if by some miracle you get an appointment they will tell you the incorrect time ....

Don't even think of expecting a return call on anything. And if your diagnosed there don't trust it. Outside of a few there , I don't trust them. Seems as they can't handle the number of peeps that they have come in.

CAUTION!! Patients BEWARE! I went to this clinic and had a horrible experience. They did blood work, when the results came in 2 days later they called me and told me to go straight to the ER. I did what they said and the Doctor at the ER told me there was no need for me to have been seen. The Doctor at (Wise Family Practice Urgent Care) or nurse practitioner had no idea what they were talking about. Now I'm left with a huge hospital bill. I have called more times than I can count and nobody will call me back. I have emailed and no response. I would encourage anyone looking for an urgent care or doctors office to be very careful. They do not follow through unless they are billing your insurance company. Which they bill for a full office visit just to call you. They are a nightmare to deal with.

Totally incompetent. Good luck getting your script filled or a call back.

I always have to wait up to 2 hours when I visit. Since Dr. Casper left I haven't found a Dr. that compares. DR. Casper was the best.

Worst experience. My appointment was at 10:30 finally called after 1 pm then they called my prescription into wrong pharmacy this is second time they done this

Doc is OK, office personnel sub par. I only changed my long time pcp because he is fort worth and during covid I didn't want to go there. From the very first visit I had problems getting my meds filled. The last time, and I do mean the last time, they changed my long time med from a generic to a name brand. $185 vs $0 copay. After 3 weeks finally got them to try to correct it and they still got it wrong. These weren't meds for a rash, they are heart meds. Kinda important!!! Don't recommend anyone to go there. Already have a new doc and they are fixing all of the mistakes that were made. There are other doctors offices to choose from. They are not the only show in town. Would give 0 stars if I could. If it was not for PA Whitney Shoemaker I would noy use this office but she is great and I like her handling me.

Very sad they never got me interpreter for long time.

i am happiest when I see Dr Holland. She knows me and has worked with me through some tough times (surgeries, complications, etc) and also adjusted medication so I didn't need as much to get the help I needed.

Very rude had an appointment at two had to move it to 6 because they kept taking walkins first. I have the appointment i shoud be before walkin

okay so this office is amazing, the wait times are just quick and easy. i got help and it benefitted me and all of those reviews that are bad should be deleted because ive had no issues and have been going here for years. Good staff, nice doctors.

Have been with Dr. Holland since she opened practice. IMO; M.D.'s / P.A.'s provide outstanding medical service, listen to questions, provide info. needed/correct prescriptions and referrals. IMO; administrative staff; (regards to comments about staff, have witnessed occasional rude behavior FROM PATIENTS checking in (I realize some people might be in pain and have a degree of anxiety due to unknown, but that doesn't allow one carte blanche to lash out). Fairly normal wait times, but can be exacerbated by fact that walk ins are accepted and it's the only facility open 7 days a week, 11 hours a day besides the regional hospital, hence, majority of the community uses her services. Only hiccup I've experienced; sometimes is getting answers from nurses in timely fashion when leaving a voice message. Having said that, I'm extremely satisfied and glad that Dr. Holland provides such a needed, wonderful and readily available medical service to our community seven days a week.

we did called to make sure get asl interpreter and they never got interpreter at all what kind of person are self fish money that they don't want pay for interpreter. Stupid.

I started my care with Christine's office through a workman's comp case and have changed all my primary care over. Usually doctors seem to treat you sub par for comp cases and this office welcomed me and listened when I had issues. My employer at the time, choose a different doctor who didn't ever listen to what was wrong. She bulled her way through treatments so I looked for someone else and found Wise Family Practice. Every doctor or P. A. I have seen in this office has treated me well and listened to what I have said. I would give them more stars if I could. Since I began my care here, I have strongly recommend Christine's office to anyone looking for the best care possible and all of my family has switched and a few friends also have. The doctors are great but the level of professionalism from the staff is a joke. I have had to call 3 times to get my husband prescription. They finally got a prescription over to the pharmacy but it was the wrong one... spent $50 on a prescription that was the wrong one. And nothing can be done about it and now I have to wait another day to get this taken care of because none is up there to help...

Waiting time is very long, even if you have appointment. Also, there is no way that you will get your lab results without making another appointment and additional dollars spent for another office visit. The doctors in this office know how to dig your insurance company or Medicare for extra money!!,,

This place is getting worse and worse. Really long wait times. Even with an appointment expect to be there for a lease a couple of hours....

Dr dobbins is great, if you can ever see her. Waiting 3 hours for a 9:30 appt. Never got to see her. The staff doesn't follow through. I called 4 times in 2 days, no one ever returned my calls. It gets worse every year. They are too busy to be good doctors. Then I saw a lady passport in the lobby and couldn't believe how she was treated! Looking elsewhere. I've seen Dr Hollands PA Aggie for years and the level of care has beven remarkable. Convenience of X-ray,labs and more in one place is great

Never written a review on anything, but after this past week, I felt needed to give one on this place. I expect a level professionalism from a doctor's office. This office was on the level of what I expect from a newsstand. I gave it one star because you can't go any lower and leave a comment

Dr. McGee is the only person worth seeing. All the rest of the staff minus just a few are completely incompetent. I have put up with their don't care your just cattle attitude for more than 3 years I only stayed for Doctor McGee, as of today I'm done with it. Sorry Dr. McGee. You really should have your own place. You have treated me better than any Dr. my whole life. You rock and deserve the 5 star for yourself. As for the rest of the problems i dont have room to list all the complaints about never returning calls never giving updates and always trying to get you in to pay instead of going over results on phone. I have no complaints with this doctor have been with her for years

I would not recommend this practice to any patient. The front office staff needs training in customer service skills... badly! Simple things like making eye contact, smiling, greeting, and generally being pleasant is a start... The wait time is horrible. Apt at 1145, and it has been 2 hours and we are still waiting to be spoken to. The PA is dismissive and cold. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for family care in the future.

This urgent care clinic is not urgent! In fact, they're the complete opposite of urgent. Wait time was 1.5 hours in the waiting room and then another hour waiting on the doctor! Getting referrals from them is also a joke, be prepared to call over and over. Don't bother coming in because it won't help. Staff is very unprofessional, not in a big hurry to do anything and the doctors don't really seem to care, they just want your money.

Dr. Holland is very patient, kind, easy to talk to, truly seems interested in what is going on and gets right to helping you. I waited an hour for my appointment but feel it was worth the wait.

Staff doesn't return phone calls. Have an appt and people without appts are seen before those with appts. Wait times are excessive every time you go.
