Edit* 3/22 They told me I couldn't have my medical records which is a violation. It's against the law to withhold medical records. Amongst other issues I have with the reception. Very disorganized. No one seems to know what is going on in front. It can seriously cost you because of their ineptitude. *3/23 They told me I can pick up my records or have them mailed to me when I called back. Even though they ~could~ email them to me* *3/23 And what I mean by ineptitude and cost you, is they took my insurance card, entered the information, took my copay and I was seen. Now, 5 weeks later I've found out they don't even take that insurance and my entire visit including testing is billed to me out of pocket The woman who did my testing was amazing though. My mother has been seeing Dr. Suri for many years. The care has been great except for the last few years. Hard to get an appointment and if you do get one they end up rescheduling over and over. No one ever returns your call. They do not follow up with test that you need. Most of the time you see another doctor and not Dr. Suri, but they don't tell you that. His staff is awful. I'm not sure he is aware of this, but if he is never in the office then how would he. It took over a month to get my mom's CPap machine adjusted. It use to be done remotely, but I had to take it in to have it done. The biggest issue with this office is COMMUNICATION, there isn't any. They don't follow up at all.

Worst specialist facility I've ever been to (except for the gal who did my breathing test...she was great). When called to confirm my first appointment with the doctor I was asked if I wanted it to be via telephone. What?? How can a doctor check my lungs for the first time via the phone? Then after a $192 sleep apnea test I have a phone follow up. A prescription for an inhaler was sent that was $631 PER MONTH. No consultation that it would be expensive. I cancelled that. On the phone call I asked to be informed about what other medication might be prescribed to replace that prior to being issued. No response at all. As if I was forgotten about. Crickets. That was 6 weeks ago. Now I get a notice from my pharmacy for two medicines that are around $500. No call about what they are prior to being issued. Never again will I deal with this group. I do not care if it costs more. These doctors (while their other workers might be good) are terrible. Visit with doctor was good. Follow up was terrible. I needed a CT scan and had to call the office to see why it wasn’t scheduled. Dr. Had not entered the info into their system. Now I was prescribed a CPAP machine 2 1/2 months ago and cannot get anyone to call me back to see if they have arranged for it.
Referred here by my primary physician and it has been nothing short of a headache. Getting a refill for your prescription in a timely manner is an arduous process to put it mildly. Quite frankly, this office is horrible at just about everything: communication, scheduling, refills, etc. and they use the worn out excuse of COVID-19 as the reason for their ineptitude and apathy. Dr. Suri himself may be a competent physician but the communications explaining the procedures he performs, results, and his follow-up are almost non-existent. His nurse handles scheduling, returning calls on non-emergency medical questions, but since she also handles clinical with no back-up, she is not responsive. The receptionists are nice but they can't even schedule follow-up appointments. I had scheduled a biopsy through navigation bronchoscopy on a hard-to-reach nodule in peripheral left lobe, but he decided on the day of procedure day that the nodule size shrank. While he told us that he didn't think it was cancer, he never told us that he would only be doing a bronchial wash on the right (other) side only. No explanations whatsoever. Then, a week later he called saying the pathologist found cancer cells but didn't know the type or stage, and said that his nurse Michelle would call and schedule a follow-up. She did not and even though we kept calling the office numerous times it was almost a week before we got in touch with anyone. Then, he informed us that the lab had mislabeled the sample (with a known cancer patient) -- no cancer was the final verdict but only from the right side where we knew there was no cancer. When we expressed frustration and concerns and he told us he had done us a favor, refused to continue to follow up on the remaining cultures (6 - 8 weeks) or on the pneumonia I got during the procedure. Finally he told us we should find someone else (which by this point was already decided). On my first visit I had a scheduling error and arrived an hour late and they were kind enough to still go ahead with my appointment. Front staff was very nice and friendly.

Dr. Brauhmbaht is a very pleasant provider. He is very thorough during visits and helpful. There were also times I had called with questions or needing a refill and his nurse Madison helped right away. The lung consultants is an awesome pulmonary clinic. Thank you have a nice day.

We drove to his office only to be told that they are not seeing any patients in office and that it would be done via telephone conference. Dr. Suri is a nice guy, but all of my appointments with him were over the phone. His support staff / nurse is not very responsive and I had to call to follow up multiple times. I was referred to Dr.Naishadh Brahmbhall for a sleep study. My appointment date was a month away. I visited on 9/12/2020. When I visited and waiting in the exam room he called to ask if I was able to keep my appointment, I informed him that I was in the exam room waiting for him. When he arrived he asked me why I was there and I told him I was refered for a sleep study. He immediately sent me to the appt. desk and informed that the next appt was 2 months away! I took the appt and then called my GP who was able to order the test that day and have it sent to my home. This Dr. Charged medicare $425 just for sending me to make another appt! I hope to never have to use his services again because he is robbing medicare and could have ordered a sleep study the day I was there and chose to put it off for another 2 months! I wish I could give them zero stars. For a month and half, I've been trying to receive a new CPAP machine. My doctor recommended I come here for a sleep study. The first time I wasn't told, not to use my current CPAP machine so my results were not accurate. They had to reschedule my appointment a week or two out (mind you this was December, and my deductible was already met until the new year). After I received my 2nd sleep device, I took it home, and the device never came on. I switched the batteries and it never worked. I took it back for a 3rd device, completed the study, but they never called me back to go over my results (I had to call them). They told me that they didn't have me in the system for a follow-up appointment (something they schedule once they give you the device)!!! So, at this point, I wanted to speak to the office manager to see if she could better assist me. At first, she was really apologetic, she pulled my results from the 3rd study but for some reason my results didn't show on record (again). She apologized and stated that her office will try to train the staff to better assist patients on how to use their sleep study equipment because some of the staff are new to the process. I went by the instructions given at the office the 2nd time I brought it back and I also went to YouTube to watch how to properly use the device before I put it on (the 3rd device had no instructions with the equipment). It's not that complicated to use (by the way) you put the watch on your wrisk, the sticker on your chest, and you slide the reader on your finger, then start the device, and go to sleep. The manager promised that she'd speak with Apria and check to see if they could process my request for a new CPAP machine without my results before January. It is now mid-January, and now I haven't met my deductible so, I would be out of pocket for a new CPAP. I never heard from this manager or anyone at this location since and no one is answering the phone!!! This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I won't be coming back to this location again!!! However, the physician was nice and professional spite my experience with the staff. I had a visit today to Dr. Suri's office and I wanted to say his new office staff (Britney, Bianca and Heidi) were exceptional. They were welcoming and made me feel as though my health mattered. Thank you ladies!
The office staff and Physicians are Phenomenal! I had my fist visit today and they treated me like family. The were courteous from the first interaction. Many forget this type of office is heavily impacted by Covid so they are doing the best they can. It showed 100%.
