Will highly recommend doc Danner on My first time appointment he was able to remove earwax from one ear , that 3 other clinics tried out with bad results. Totally appreciate the time , patience and effort he put on my first visit With his experience and techniques I was able to feel relieved from the the severe pain and infection I was going trough Thank you !!! ????

Dr. Danner is such a kind, patient, and thorough doctor. I am thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

Was referred to him by my ENT. Dr. Danner is up to date on latest research concerning his field and is skilled at explaining the conditions and treatments in an understandable format. He listens, takes proactive steps to managing my condition, and is punctual. The office is well-organized and easy to navigate.

I walked in with mild vertigo and good hearing. After testing, I now have worse vertigo, which may never ease up, and the loud testing in of a “jackhammering” probe inserted into the ears I can only believe is to result in hearing loss down the road! Terrible, awful experience! Be warned, they are out to make money, horrible, just horrible.

Dr. Danner is an excellent doctor with who you feel comfortable being your doctor. He receives you with a smile, listens to you attentively, examines you carefully, explains your condition and its remedies, gives you enough time to ask questions, and promptly replies to your questions on the portal.

I'm 51 and had problems with my ears for years years probably decades. Not to sound too gross but the Stuff that would come out of my ear was the nastiest stuff on the planet. Not to mention blood running out down my face. I thought I was dying to say the least. I live over 2 hours away and by the grace of I say God found this man. Nobody would take my insurance anywhere in Fort Myers. I had both ears done it was a challenge that's for sure. I can't give this wonderful Doctor Enough praise. Dr. Danner and his entire staff have gone over and above in the care of my brother. Thank you does not even begin to cover it! We were very blessed to come to this office!

From our very first visit I began to feel better. After dealing with the dizziness, and several specialists, for over a year. Dr. Danner pinpointed my problem right away. I was so relieved to finally have a goal to work toward. I'm getting better every day.

Went in for ear fullness, and intermittent sharp ear pain. Hearing test show mild hearing loss in the ear that had pain. On intake you’re asked if you get cold sores, I do. When he came in to review, he checked my ears asked a few questions (I have vertigo, check), and diagnosed me as having “herpes” in the inner ear. Prescribed 1000mg of valtrex daily, to prevent further hearing loss. I took the med, had a bad reaction and was switched to Famciclovir, which is fine. However, I still had questions, as none of my other docs have heard of this. Went in for follow up, he didn’t seem to remember me. I could have done some more reminding, but I just started asking questions. I’ve never had chicken pox was my #1 - how can I get shingles? Or can other herpes viruses cause the same thing. I’m a biology major, I can understand medical terms. He seemed annoyed by my questions and ended up telling me my pain was from clinching my jaw. I don’t do that - but that was his final explanation.

Dr. Danner is excellent! Very informative and practical advice!!

I’d like to start from right when I walked in the office. The staff had great attitudes, they were laughing and joking with each other which made it such a great environment. I saw Dr. Danner and his confidence made me feel confident during the visit. The last doctor I had visited at another office made me feel unsure and seemed as if he did not know what was going on. Dr. Danner explained everything so clearly and patiently. He was so wonderful that my mother in law is now seeing about getting an appointment with him as well! Highly recommend Dr. Danner! I am an older male with a need for improving my hearing ability.. Tried many hearing aids over the years. I came to DR. Danner for a possible Cochlear Implant. I had two extensive evaluations after which he agree to the surgery, took a great deal of time explaining to me, my daughter in Washington,dc and my Health care advocate, and fixed the for surgery on October 13 at 3.30 p m. WE made all the preparations and came on time. After some talk, Dr. Danner completely changed his prior promise and declined to do the surgery. No explanation for his reversal and no apology. In all my life here an abroad I never experienced this most unprofessional treatment of a patient. here and abroad. Hope any prospective patients and the his superiors will take note. Dr. Danner helped me face the reality that I have Menieres Disease. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

He looked into both ears, did no other diagnostic testing then told me I have Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. This is a rare disease with symptoms of partial facial paralysis and a rash in or around the ear. I did not have these symptoms, only ear pain. I’m diabetic and he prescribed mega doses of prednisone which shot my glucose up to 355. I found out from another doctor this is an issue with my jaw. ??

Fantastic facility. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get into Davis island area. Dr Danner is fantastic.

Had surgery with multiple complications and he fixed it practically like new. I moved from Florida and wish I could see him for follow ups, but the Boston E.N.T.s up here have been highly complimentary to the work he did on my ear.

Outstanding doctor. I had an ear surgery a year and a half ago, and Dr. Danner got me a titanium implant. I had almost complete hearing loss on the right ear due to hereditary otosclerosis. The surgery and recovery went great, and my hearing is now completely normal. Thank you Dr. Danner for helping me enjoy stereo music again.

Outstanding Dr. Spends all the time you need and listens to what you have to say with genuine concern. I saw other doctors but none compare. I have to travel a distance for an appointment but it is worth it. Dr. Danner is the best. His staff is very kind and helpful. The staff has always gotten back to me when they said they would. I recommend Dr. Danner to everyone who needs an Otologist.

Dr. Danner is AMAZING!! I have two sons with hearing loss. One had bilateral cochlear implants (done in another state), and one is receiving BAHA implants by Dr. Danner. My son receiving the BAHAs has complex medical needs and after a transfer from All Children's to Tampa General a few months ago, we met Dr. Danner for the first time. He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with his treatment in the hospital, and we are grateful to have found him to help our son. Dr. Danner is AMAZING!! Very knowledgable doctor. He spends as much time as needed with you. Kind and compassionate. We have been to many doctors and think he is the best. He placed two cochlear implants in my husband and he is the only doctor we trust in the area. You may have to wait a while in the office but it's because he is so good and cares.

Dr. Danner is an excellent doctor who knows what the ears are all about and with education is remarkable. I also see he is a nice Christian doctor. Dr. Danner is an amazing doctor and has been my ENT for over ten years now. I recommend him to anyone who needs any sort of resolution with their ears. The nursing staff and surgery scheduler however are less than desirable. This go around with surgery was an uncomfortable and unsettling experience with his in office staff. No one is informed or passes along information that is requested and I have been left feeling more like a test animal than a human patient. Dr. Danner is the most patient, kind, thoughtful, and transparent doctor I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot!). He truly listens to your concerns and takes his time examining, answering questions, and explaining things. He knows his stuff! His staff is very helpful and quick to get back with you should you reach out. It's been a couple of years since I've seen him, but flare ups are returning, so I'm eager to consult with him again.

Incredible Specialist in hearing and balance!! This is a real doctor who cares and makes real headway toward curing their patients. He spent time and had thoughtful input to my wife's problem and put her on path curing her and not just prescribing a pill and going on to the next patient.

Not thorough in getting current patient information. Seems to make up his mind about the patient's condition without hearing the current symptoms or have any respect for other doctors prior diagnoses. Waiting t time is outrageous. Stated their practice is "patient driven by their needs" but certainly not found that to be the case with him and his treatment practices.
