Absolutely the Best doctor's office I've Ever been to! Staff is curtious, the doctor is very attentive and will spend time explaining everything. In my opinion most doctor's treat you like an number, not here and I have the utmost respect for this office.

Felt like patient care undervalued. No explanation of range of motion limitations no urgency to help patient. Asked about possible tendon tear said “CT doesn’t show that” with no advice or help whatsoever. Thoroughly disappointed unfortunately

Dr. Donaldson was as informative and personal as any doctor should strive to be. He answered all my questions patiently, and went further to explain to me my rather complicated, orthopedic problem. I left with complete confidence in his opinion, and because of his advice have reached a decision about pursuing surgery.

OMG is the best. They listen and work with you to get the best treatments individualized to your condition. Dr Donaldson treated me when no one else would touch my injury. I wouldn't have full use of my arm without him.

I seen Dr. Donaldson in Ortho Med. Groups Brandon office today for shoulder pain. Extremely impressed by him and the entire office staff! There was no screwing around. They took x-rays, did an exam and the doctor came right in to do his thing. Gave me a cortisone shot and a RX. and fully explained what's next. I mentioned I had seen a different doctor earlier in the day about a bad hip replacement, he even helped me find a new doctor to help me with that. Wat to go Doc!!!

Claims to care and want to help so much but that is simply not the case. Dr. Donaldson doesn’t give a darn about helping. I mentioned wanting to hurt myself and all i got was “I’m not interested in doing surgery on anyone who talks about hurting themselves” and that was the end if it. Walk out of the office and hope for the best. Oh he was so kind to not charge me for the office visit today. Not a single word about what i could or should possibly do to move forward with my broken and necrotic shoulder… just “not interested” This doctor does not care about his patients or their well being. He just covers all his bases so he doesn’t get in trouble and passive aggressively sends you on your way completely broken and defeated. Thanks for helping me feel even worse mentally.

My daughter is a lacrosse player playing for a nationally ranked travel club and one of the top high school programs in Florida. She is currently in the midst of an important year for college recruiting. So, when she was injured in a local holiday tournament, she was devastated, thinking the worst and needing answers quickly. Recognizing the impact that this injury was having on her psyche, Dr. Donaldson scheduled the appointment quickly and got us in the next day. He was compassionate and understanding and took time to listen to my daughter. He got her in to an MRI almost immediately and before the end of the day, called back (after hours albeit) to make us aware that the injury was not as bad as feared. My wife and I would recommend Dr. Donaldson wholeheartedly. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Donaldson did surgery on my elbow in August and because of his negligence, I will need another corrective surgery. He placed a screw in the wrong place. The screw is obstructing the full extension of my arm. Just a couple of weeks after my surgery, he is already talking about more surgery. Advising that I SLAM up and down on my arm as hard as I can to regain movement. I would leave in tears everytime I saw him. He also had me do x-rays every single time I came in for a visit. This is not normal.. He never admitted to doing my surgery incorrectly. I had to find out from another licensed physician.I will never go back. Terrible bed side manner. It also seemed to be a huge deal to him that I didn't have much money. It was more important to pay him before fixing my elbow. Even though I had a dangling arm and bone fragments floating in my arm. I was was also in extreme pain. I was given next to no pain medication either. He made me feel inadequate. Great doctor, I went to see him with a terrible back and leg pain, fist her help me to get all my anxiety away and explain, every detail and treatment options. I'm doing a lot better. Definitely I recommend him 100%.

Dr Donaldson in my opinion is one of the best orthopedic surgeon in Fla...I will recommend him to all my friends and family.. He is caring and courteous. If you need a orthopedic surgeon he is the best there is. He takes his time in making sure you know everything he is doing for your recuperation.

I saw Dr. Donaldson for pain i was having in my neck and shoulder. The office got me into the back and through the process of X-rays very quickly. Dr. Donaldson had great bedside manor and was very knowledgeable. He provided me with a diagnosis and then took the time to explain why i was experiencing the pain i was feeling. Dr. Donaldson is professional and knowledgeable . He listens to any of your concerns and makes sure you leave his office reassured. I would definitely recommend him. I broke my elbow in October and without surgery I wouldn’t have mobility in my arm like I should. Since surgery in October after surgery I now have full mobility of my arm and elbow. Dr. Donaldson and his staff were very professional but compassionate . I have a new knee that is doing wonderful and the doctor has been a great support for me. He has a wonderful positive attitude and makes you feel as if everything will be fine. You just have to put in the work to help improve yourself. I would recommend Dr. Donaldson to anyone. I also had to take my son, who is autistic, to him a few months ago and he was very kind and gentle with him.

I have been to the office 3 times & never see Dr. Donaldson. I've intense shoulder pain for over a month. The MRI was extremely painful & my arm locked up. I called the office & spoke to members of the staff. They said you can't speak to the doctor. In my next visit 8 days of suffering later the doctor said he had no messages. I received a 2nd shot which is not giving me relief. I've mentioned over & over again i am in pain & can't sleep. This visit i asked for a painkiller & was told no. I haven't had a painkiller in over 6 years. What is pain medication for if it is not for patients in pain? Over the counter meds are doing little for my shoulder. Surgery is not an option with the Coronavirus pandemic. At wits end as i can't sleep again tonight. There is no reason to go to this doctor who you won't see unless you are having surgery. On top of the staff ( probably at doctor's direction ) is of no help. Awful experience & a waste of my time.

Dr rdonaldson is a wonderful doctor..he tells you everything. Everything before surgery and after it he's tell you everything you need to know. I would highly recommend him if you need a great doctor

our visit went very quickly. we were early. took care of Hal's shoulder problem and referred him to P.T.

Dr. Donaldson did an excellent ORIF job with my fractured humerus, great bedside manners, easy to talk/work with my care, his office and surgical staff, very accomodating. Tore left bicep in September and Dr Donaldson got me back in the game. I found him to be very concise in his description of proposed repair and his workmanship is amazing. I would advise a consultation before allowing another to assist you
