I have had wonderful experiences in the past but things began to spiral as the virus progressed. Three months before my wedding in May 2021 I pulled a muscle in my back. They saw me immediately, prescribed me anti inflammatory meds, and gave me exercises to do at home. I was back on my feet in less than a week. The staff was always very friendly and my nurse practitioner Rene Curry always listened and was very helpful and caring. A couple months ago, they changed their policy regarding those who haven’t received the jab. They told my mother who was also a patient of theirs that they would no longer see her because of this. A few weeks later they told her that they revised their policy and would keep her as a patient. However, she could only access medical care via telehealth. As a private practice they have every right to choose their clientele. What makes me mad is that they failed to inform me of their policy change. I am a 24 year old woman with a working phone and email address. Their lack of communication is inexcusable. I have a congenital heart defect that will require valve replacement surgery. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews and I have waited 2 years to write this one hoping my anger would subside, it has not. This doctor failed my beloved mother in law greatly both in preventative measures and after her cancer diagnosis. When she was diagnosed with terminal cancer he would not even prescribe her something to elevate her mood. He had no concern for her well being at the end of her life. Office staff is rude and disrespectful. It's a shame because Dr Hermann is a wonderful MD. I feel sad that I had to leave the practice due to them failing to notify me of critical test result that I had to fight the office staff to order the test. Dr Hermann is a great MD though

I have gone to this practice for 20 years. I have found Dr. Hermann to be a fine doctor and a really good guy but I am leaving this practice. The major reasons are: 1) It is almost impossible to see or talk with Dr. Hermann in a reasonable amount of time. 2) The mostly uncooperative and surly office staff.
