Awesome physician! He listens and asks questions.

Dr. Kondan is he best all around doctor I have had in my 74 years of seeing doctors. He is very knowledgeable and always gets to the root issue of a problem. He is very caring and I have full confidence in him.

I have been a patient for many years. Dr Kondan always has the best advice and is very knowledgeable I can always rely on his expertise and positive attitude

Dr Kondan has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my family. Never a wait. Never once is annoyed with any questions.

Dr. Kondan is very laid back in his approach to his appointments. He takes time to listen to reasons why you are there. My wife, daughter, and I have been seeing him for way over twenty years. I don't think we could find a more knowledgeable and caring doctor.

I agree with Terra, I’ve been a patient for over 2 years now. I was prescribed Tramadol for arthritis and back/shoulder pain because I stated this worked well for me. I have been trying to get a refill for 6 days now. I’ve been in withdrawal since the second day. I have called the office 3 times, left 2 messages and spoke to a receptionist. My pharmacist even reached out. NOTHING! Thank God I did not have a seizure or worse from being cut off abruptly from a controlled substance that I was prescribed for the last 3 years. No warning, no weening off just cut off. It’s been hell. Kimberly Evans

To put it bluntly, Richard has saved my life a few times. He is personable, can diagnose the heck out of what ails you, and is an all-around great guy. He won't rush your visit and takes as much time as needed to answer your questions.

I can't help but feel compelled to comment on the extremely negative review presented on May 7, 2020 by Terra Dawn Collins. Let me preface by saying I've been seeing Dr. Kondan for quite a few years, I won't offer a review here except to say it would echo the other accolades and positive opinions from all the other reviewers; keep that in mind when reading Ms. Collins vitriol...how can that one review be in such stark contrast compared to the other reviewers. Notwithstanding, Ms. Collins' review is obviously rooted in a personal grudge of some sort with compromised veracity. I find her claim of being a healthcare worker quite suspect and possibly just an attempt to feign credibility. I am a medical professional and I can't imagine an actual P.A. sounding so childish & unprofessional. One point of deception: PCPs in Penna. can no longer prescribe chronic patients with opiates, such regimens can only be provided by a pain specialist. Shame on her vindictive agenda! ~D. Saunders

I have many friends, colleagues, and family members who have been so called "treated" by Dr. Kondan He has done nothing but overprescribe opioids, inadequate treatment and rare inpersonal follow up let alone lack of concern for serious drug interactions. I recommend report him to the DA. I have been in the medical field for 17 years as a cardiovascular sonographer, physician assistant and have never experienced such rude, inadequate, uneducated office staff in my entire career. Furthermore don't expect a call back or prescriptions on time you or your family member may drop dead, seize or go In withdrawal before getting a call in for your prescriptions. Please do your research and find a physician who is capable of keeping his oath and patient care as number one priority regardless of patient ratio and covid19 pandemic. Not to mention his enormous contribution to the opioid epidemic where he washes his hands faster than you can blink to save his own assThisman needs his license revoked

Dr Kondan is the best doctor, we have known him since he was working under dr David Davis, he listens and takes his time with you, you are not just a number to him. He cares about his patience’s, I don’t know what we would do if he retires, we trust him with our lives

Dr. Kondan has been my primary care physician since 1998 & my wife's even longer. He starts with a good observation & evaluation, asking common but thorough questions; he almost remembers everything from past visits even before checking my chart to be sure nothing is overlooked. Most especially, he spends time to get to the bottom of problems, and enjoys knowing his patients as people & does not rush to go to the next patient. I rate him even higher than my 1950's/'60's pediatrician, Dr. James V. Mackell of the Oxford Circle are in NE Philly; those of you who were his patients know that's high praise indeed!

Very personably and easy to talk with. Explains in full any questions you ask.

Been seeing Dr. Kondan for over 20 years. Listens well and really cares about getting you help. Always returns my calls that day. Simply the best!

I like Dr. Kondan very much. He is very easy to talk to and has excellent bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to talk to you, he provides great care.

Won't be back. Didn't listen to myself or my husband. When called back they had no clue who we were.

Dr. Kondan is the most caring doctor that I have ever had. He always makes time to listen to you and always treats me with the ultimate respect. On the down side, his staff is not very friendly, especially the one that answers the phone.
