Dr. Michael T Dachowski

I was not told that I would be charged extra for nitrous for pain, and then it was $100. I was told not to express a verbal response to pain.

Dr Dachowski is extremely personable and provided top-notch care & treatment. Staff was friendly as well. Would recommend to any in need of oral surgery.

Awful office. Incompetent staff. Rude and condescending doctor. I am an insulin dependent diabetic with a bad tooth infection. I called the office to make an appt, the earliest available was 2 weeks out even though I explained my situation and sense of urgency. While patiently waiting for my appointment, I GAVE THE OFFICE MY INSURANCE info, filled out the mountain of paperwork, showed up to the office today and was told the doctor doesn’t accept my insurance! Why ask for my info in advance if you don’t plan to check it? Why waste my time knowing my situation? I could have easily gone to another consult had The office checked my info prior. Why did the doctor look me in the face at his office, smile and turn his back knowing his staff clearly made a mistake? Was I not a worthy patient because he couldn’t make enough money from me? Excellent dentist very professional and they make you feel very comfortable about visiting a dentist I would recommend this group to anyone

Dr. Diana Lin is truly wonderful! I had to have a procedure for a mass on my gum line. She performed a thorough consult and answered all of questions. As an oral surgeon Dr. Lin as the training to put you to sleep. She was gentle and kind discussing each step of the anesthesia. Shortly after she injected the 3rd medicine I drifted off into a deep sleep and did not awake until the procedure was finished. It felt like seconds had passed. Her assistants Amanda and Jen were terrific. My entire experience was excellent. From the front desk to the insurance coordination. I would highly recommend this office. Everyone was very nice and professional. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and it was over in no time with minimal pain. I needed a new dentist in the area for my family. We will be coming here from now on. Thanks everyone!

The doctor was pleasant, as well as his staff. The doctor was gentle and concerned about my comfort.
