Dr. Christopher N Seppi

The office staff should check the insurance and tell you the truth that Dr. is not in your insurance net work. They want to get patient regardless about insurance, and you have to pay out of your pocket plus it is not the price insurance agree to pay, end up you have to pay higher price. I want to make sure Im cover in the list of Dr. network.

Stay away from this office! Me and my family come here for years. At the beginning of the opening back on early 2000, I recommended to friends and family. Doctor Seppi is nice and my kids enjoy the visit but the problem here is the office experience. They treated you like you are worthless. From the moment you walked in they look at you like you got covid. Very rudely they ask you to wait in your car. If you are late 18 minutes because unexpected traffic they make you re schedule but hell most time when you are on time they Make you wait 30 minutes before they even call you. I called to say I’m stuck in traffic but I be there soon… my kids missed school and when we got there 18 minutes passed our time the three of us were denied the service. No solutions or consideration. Doctor Seeppi look at your office team and replace them before they cost you more patients! We will never comeback !! This doctor is very creepy and overly friendly with female patients. My friend used to work there and said to try going but then by the time my appointment came around she said don’t go because he’s kind of a creep. I tried an appointment again for a consult anyway because I didn’t want to have to pay but he was talking about his marital problems and drinking at bars and said I should meet him one day for a drink. Exceptional dental care by Dr Seppi and his team. Treats a patient as a friend and proffers dental care from general exams to complex repairs. Have never walked out of his venue without knowing that my dental care was commensurate with my dental needs.

If you don't quote over the phone or "without an exam" I'm going to assume your dirty scum thieves that rob people blind

Dr is very phoney and a little too nice. He touches his patients a little too much and as a female, I felt uncomfortable. He said he gave me a “massage” on my jaw to ease “stress” but didn’t offer one to my brother who was also a patient. Also they don’t wear masks in this office.

None better! Dr. Seppi is so friendly, upbeat, and explains things thoroughly. The front desk ladies are friendly and easy to work with. I drive over 30 minutes to go to Dr. Seppi (even though there are dozens closer) because I’ve tried others and none compare. My 81 year old Mom agrees. She had had a bad experience with another dentist’s office and, consequently, had not seen a dentist for quite a while. When it became necessary, I convinced her to see Dr. Seppi. She was very nervous before her first visit, but once she met with him and he explained what he felt was needed (in order of importance) she felt more at ease. I have been going to Dr Seppi for several years now and have a wonderful experience every time. He is absolutely fantastic.

They cancelled my appointment in April due to COVID and rescheduled for 6/19 at 9am. I never got the confirmation text so I called to check in and they didn't have the appointment. They just cancelled instead of moving it so my next one wasn't until October. Their solution was to go on a waiting list for cancellations for my son and I for their error. Dentist was fine, but the office manager's response to this was wholly unacceptable so I had to switch dentists as a result.

Explains treatment needed throughly, and doesn't do unnecessary treatment, cery conservative.

Only had one visit w my daughter but Dr Seppi by far was the friendliest dentist I have ever met. He took his time. He explained everything very eloquently and made us feel very comfortable. My 12 year old who hates dental visits even commented how nice he was. I hope it’s like that all the time.

I have always been greeted with friendly faces. I am someone with "weak" teeth so I have required extensive dental work throughout the years. This is year 10 with Dr. Seppi and the rest of the staff. Quality work has saved me thousands over the year. Additionally, I get seen within minutes of arriving for my appointments.

I've been going to Dr. Seppi's office for about four years and I have never had a bad experience. All the hygienists are gentle and kind yet thorough, and Dr. Seppi seems to take a real interest and care for each client even though he is clearly busy with lots of happy patients! I have recommended him to my roommate, my girlfriend, and a couple of my friends, and now all are loyal patients of Dr. Seppi. One time my girlfriend had an issue with her insurance and one of the receptionists called Aetna and had it sorted out for her. Really great, personal customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I've been going here for about 3 years, and I cannot think of a single thing that needs improvement. The office is nice, if small, the staff is amazing, and the dentist is quite congenial and knows his trade quite well!

I've been seeing Dr. Seppi for 3 years now! I love his office and staff! I've grown more sensitive with my teeth but they are so patient and careful with me. I highly recommend them!

Care was fantastic, however office staff erroneously confirmed that my insurance was accepted by them. We went through the full treatment of a crown, cleaning, and follow up, I paid my deductible and was told my balance was $0. Was then sent a bill for $1516.60. The office has stated that they were in error, but still wanted to payment. We did negotiate a payment of $618.60 above the paid $534. You must take the responsibility of working with your insurance yourself and not rely on his staff!

He is an extremely professional & most caring dentist. He takes the time to explain whatever needs to be done in terms that are easy to understand & answers all questions that you ask him. He is genuinely a compassionate, caring, &friendly person. When I have had an emergency situation arise, I have called off hours & he has PERSONALLY called me back usually within an hour to answer & has followed through the next day with my issues/concerns. His dental assistants/and office staff are wonderful.

I have just visited this practice after reading multiple recommendations. I am fearful of dentists and do everything to avoid them. Dr. Seppi was kind, patient and understanding. I was told before any treatment of the final cost. My issue was resolved quickly, efficiently using the most cost efficient method. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Highly recommend.

At first they were a great place, I had no problems. Dr. Delois is great! I am not going to take away credit where credit is needed. His staff up front , not professional at all. They don't do what they need to do, and when you call them and ask something they give the biggest attitude ever! I always schedule my next appointment before I leave. My 6 months was coming up and I haven't heard from them. I call , they gave me a run around with how I don't have a appointment scheduled and they didn't have anything to go with my schedule until after July when I scheduled a 6 month check up for LAST DECEMEBER! I went to change dentist and I asked for my form to be emailed to me. She said she was going to do it right then. A hour later I checked and it wasn't there. I called and asked if maybe she got the wrong email address and she smarted off saying "Well it's busy so be considerate, I will do it when I can!" No thanks! Dr seppi is a honest dentist and the office is very clean

All I can say is that I have never had an issue with Him or his staff.. I have always been helped and he is always great to speak with.. This is a very busy place but Dr Seppi communicates well and gets the job done.. He has always gone above and beyond.. I have been going to his office over 5 yrs!

Dr. Seppi and his team is top notch! I highly recommend him and his staff. I've been a patient here since 2009 and they have always treated me well and supported me. One time I had an emergency for my wife who was in another country and had an infected tooth. We were in near panic as the infection appeared to spread to her sinus cavity. We were thinking the worse and she couldn't get to a doctor right away. I called and he gave me the correct advise for her, set our minds at ease and she was able to get help the next day without thinking she was going to die that night. haha. This is THE best family dentistry in Windermere! Dr. Seppi is fantastic and friendly and always provides information before doing anything. He won't do procedures if he doesn't really believe you need them. The rest of the staff are super friendly and always are willing to try to squeeze you in if they can!

I was charged $40 dollars for a broken appt. Back in March I called to cancel my appt. from the airpt, while I was waiting for my luggage after a 13 hrs. flight, the person on the phone insisted to reschedule it for the next day, then that day I forgot since I was still recuperating for a long trip, Then I was told $40 dollars was the charge, friend that recommend this practice will stop going there, I wouldn't recommend this place, they are only there for the money...
