Dr. Duany has cared for my three children since they were little, he is an excellent pediatrician! but unfortunately the customer service at least at the reception is horrible, super poor! I have gone twice with my one and a half year old baby and both times the secretary has not given me an appointment, not even because she has seen my baby the first time with a super rash and the second time with a high fever! she still told me that it was not her fault that she was full and that if she wanted her to go to an urgent care; unacceptable and lack of sensitivity. Hands down one of the best, if not the best, pediatrician - ever. We moved from NJ to FL and have tried and seen many, he is so incredibly caring, kind, considerate, and calm. Thank you Dr. Duany.

Dr Duaney has been our daughter's doctor since birth (2009). We have had nothing but a wonderful experience each and every visit.

He is crook!!!! Never gave my daughter a vision test but billed for it. Then asked my daughter to verbal behavioral questions and I find out a month later they billed us for those 2 verbal well-being questions. LAWSUIT COMING!!!

Dr. Middleton is great, he's been seeing my kids since they were born. Now this doctors practice sold out to Orlando health and no longer take my insurance and i found out a day before their appointment. Love the doctor, dislike the practice. Will truly miss him as a doctor. They sent me a bill for $60. The doctor signed a form which took 5 mins. Will be reporting this doctors office. Rip off!! The best doctor! My son has been having Dr. Duany for 9 years. We love him.

Dr. Duany is easily the best, most experienced pediatrician in Orlando. Very patient and kind-hearted.

My daughter has gone to Dr. Duany for almost 4 years now and we are very happy. The staff at the front desk always welcome us and we never have terribly long waits. The office is newer and clean, the nurses take the time to talk to my daughter and make us feel welcomed. The best part is that nurses take the time to make my daughter smile, whether it's blowing up a glove and drawing a Mickey face on it or singing the theme song to Doc McStuffins. Dr. Duany is extremely knowledgeable, personable and welcoming. I never feel rushed and always have time to ask questions, he is great about taking time and talking with us. I give Dr. Duany my highest recommendation. My daughter has gone to Dr. Duany for almost 4 years now and we are very happy. He is a fantastic doctor and was very concerned and attentive to my child regarding a hard to diagnose disease. He was amazing and got me the urgent specialty care my son needed in less than a week. THANK YOU!

Dr. Duany goes above and beyond in his profession and truly cares about his patients. I have been a nurse for 25 years and have very high expectations with the doctors I choose, especially with my 3 children! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Duany as one of the BEST pediatricians in Central Florida. He cares about each of my children and the staff has become like family to us.:). Thank you All About Kidz!

Love love love him! The best out there...treated all three of my children. I helped build that practice and still waiting on my personalized parking space.

Wouldn't recommend coming in to "all about kids pediatric ", 2 sick babies and even with an appointment wait time is more then an hour.very unprofessional

I found Dr. Duany to be very rude with absolutely no beside manner. When I told him my daughter seemed very tired and lethargic, he berated me and told me I didn't know what the word lethargic meant. I will never take my child in there again. I've heard similar stories of him from others.

They billed me for tests not performed. They performed tests that were not necessary. When I called them out on this the nurse said this is what the AAP recommends... When I told her no that is not what they recommend and informed her I was a member of the AAP myself she replied, "the test was performed so you will be expected to pay!" It was usually at least a 30-45 minute wait to be called back. Dr. Duany would come waltzing in front of everyone fresh from lunch at the country club 20 minutes after our appointment time while we were sitting in the waiting room. On another occasion my kids needed shots. The nurse proudly announced at the end of the visit, "ok I will go get the shots ready and be back." Saying this to a couple of toddlers? Really!?!? This sent them into a screaming fit of terror and stress. We proceeded to wait 28 minutes before the nurse finally came back to give them the shots. The entire time the kids were screaming and crying while I tried to comfort and console as best as you possibly could. I know that entire office heard us and yet no one seemed to care or be in a hurry to move the process along. After I caught them, again, billing us for procedures/tests that were not performed we left for another competitor. We have been very happy ever since and have had none of the issues we continued to have at All About Kids. If you decide not to heed my warning be very careful and review your EOB very carefully to make sure you are not being overcharged! You are warned! They billed me for tests not performed. Took my son to a physical and DCF ended up knocking on my door. Never taking my kids back. The doctor didn't even call in the prescription but called DCF!!! Dr. Loroach is a complete jerk!!!!!! My son is a active almost 3 year old and he had a few marks on him from playing with his siblings. Making it look like we abuse my son!!! In total disbelief!
