I revisited and the service I got was nice.

The office is horribly run! They don't know what's up or down. They schedule you for appointments that you never scheduled and when you don't show they request a payment. The icing on the cake with the new year and new insurance they reject you, despite being an established patient in their practice. They conveniently "run out of room" for you despite accepting your insurance and then weeks later pressure you to change your PCP on your insurance card, like they forgot that they aren't accepting you as a patient and have no room for you. There is ZERO communication in the office, they are completely disorganized and I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like mind games!

Dr. Niral Patel is an amazing doctor. His staff is attentive and always provides solutions. I enjoy the fact that different services, like a chiropractor, or x-rays, are available at the same location, including the open late-walk in clinic. I am a happy Windemere Medical Center patient and would highly recommend them, and Dr. Patel, to anyone.

Never met the doctor, however was told new patients cannot book an appointment until we go to the office, pick up paperwork packet, register with the office then go on line and fill out information . Once we do ALLL that, we can then call back and make an appointment. What? Save yourself the headache!

They overcharged me. They charged me $150 before they even tried to file with my insurance. The next day I had to get on the phone with my insurance and have them call the office to fix the problem and refund me $130. Based on other reviews this seems to be a fairly common practice and very dishonest. My advice is go elsewhere.

So sad that when they have the option to do the bloodwork in their office they refuse to send it to quest just so they make you do it with them. My insurance covers quest and I tried to get my blood order to be faxed they tell me they did send it and they don’t. Either the people that work their don’t know how to do it or they just want you to do with with them for you to pay more then what the insurance covers. Great PAs! Dr Niral is wonderful to talk with and provides treatment options. Great office staff too!

Extremely difficult to make an appointment, especially if you are a new patient, they ask you to fill out an online form to approve you as a patient, and you have to send a copy of ID and at the form ask my SSN number, and I need to send everything by e-mail or fax. This is ridiculous!!!!

Waste of money. I don't know how some of these people are doctors. Went on a friday to get my sciatica checked out and this dumb doctor had me sit down for 30 minutes waiting just to press my lower back twice and prescribe me pills for the pain. That's was it. Wasn't a big help at all never using their doctors again. Save your money people and research for better physicians than these idiots Waste of money. They lie about fees and Patel was very rude and spoke to me in a degrading way. Then the lady upfront charged my Humana insurance twice. Glad Humana caught the double charge and called me. Was told not to go here by neighbors, wish I would have listened. Majority of the 5 stars reviews are fake. My neighbor used to work there and said they pay a guy to make up fake 5 stars reviews and those are mainly the only reviews they respond to because the customers are mainly unsatisfied like myself. They are amazing! Great care and immediate attention. BTW...Patel is like Smith - we aren't related but got "family care" nonetheless.

I had an amazing experience visiting Dr Patel. I had an accident and was not aware of post accident issues. Dr Patel is very articulate and educates his patients about their medical situation. I love this office! Nicole is great and the staff is always on point and quick! I cannot stand waiting around in the doctors office especially when I have an appointment. They always get you in and out well still taking good care of your needs. Dr. Niral Patel is possibly one of the best physicians I've ever seen! From the first time seeing him, he is always very thorough with my past and current medical care. I took him previous records such as ct scans, radio graphs and blood work. He has reviewed it carefully and meticulously and compares it to the current ones when working on my treatment plan. He treats me with kindness and compassion and never seems rushed through my appointments. I have received two phone calls from him personally with good results from tests that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about your health and well being. The receptionists at Windermere Medical Center has always been kind and courteous as well. They are great with getting me appointments when needed and I'm always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Patel has combined the best of modern medicine with a common sense approach to my health. Rather than just prescribe pills, he partnered with me and made me accountable for my own health. On his direction and support I have lost weight, changed my lifestyle, and that was leading to my Doctor's visit, and am thriving! Thank you Dr. Patel!

Unprofessional staff and poorly managed websites can create bad experiences. Waste of time. After waiting 30 minutes, they wouldn't see me until Jan 1st. They confirmed I am "in network" but wouldn't see me due to "office policy" because it had been "more than two years since I've been there". They invited me to come back on Jan 1st to establish them as a primary care, but when I'm sick now, they won't see me. If you're sick and need a Doctor, go elsewhere. Waste of time. Dr. Patel appears to be good but his office is poorly managed! The telephone service is impossible to get through to anyone. Don't bother to leave a message, they respond whenever. Many times I would have to go to the office to make appointments or to speak to anyone! The final straw was when his office abandoned me in the middle of my care. I just needed a few referrals which were needed to finalize my work-up and his office refused to help me. My insurance company tried to convince them to take me but they refused and lied to me on several occasions as to the policy (untrue). He has "gate-keepers" to prevent the patients from seeing him or discussing anything with him! Recently, he had all his patients sign a ridiculous fee paper charging for everything. Dr Patel has been a great Dr that shows his care for his patients, very quick to send authorizations to get the healthcare that his patients need, I rate his overall office a 5 star because they’re truly exceptional and your appts are right on time, hardly any wait. Ty To all the staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel and the Windermere Medical clinic for at least 3 years. So has my wife and two daughters who are in their early 20's. I think Dr. Patel has a excellent bedside manner by the way he patiently listens to you and asks questions to better understand your symptoms. The same can be said about Stephanie Antepara his Family Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie is a great listener who makes me feel like she is taking care of me as if I was her own father. The staff, from the ladies who answer the phones, to those that great you are all very pleasant. I would be very suspicious of anyone who said they were treated poorly by anyone at Windermere Medical. I would need to here both sides. A few complaints on this board should not overshadow the hundreds of patients who come to them each month who are happy. This doctor's office offers a comprehensive approach to care. Dr. Patel draws annual labs - something that is really helpful in establishing a baseline of health. I appreciate his bedside manner, and believe he is a competent physician that takes a balanced approach. His practice also offers chiropractic and dermatologic care, along with an urgent care option for after hours care. I really love this office, and am so happy to have found them! This is what a true doctor is supposed to do help you out in a time of need, Dr. Patel thank you for accepting me after every doctor in your area to turn me down after surgery, Did you know in order to get a post hospitalization visit you need to be already established with the PCP prior to your visit? After calling 20 different doctors in our area I get so devastated I finally called Dr. Patel’s office he considered my care the only one who said yes. He is genuinely interested in my care.

OMG! I can't believe that I found a Doctor that is this Fantastic! He is compassionate and understanding. He cares about you, more than you care about yourself! He is the first doctor to listen to my concerns. He has sent me to a specialist that has helped me get my condition in control. His office runs like a well-oiled machine. I would take my dying pet to him, and that says a lot! :)

I received a call from the doctor's office to make my first appointment. I have had a very unpleasant experience with "Lory" in the front desk, it is despot and rude, and I asked my insurance company to change me to other doctor. Nobody has the right to mistreat you

The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I think this doctor paid for his diploma in India. Very unprofessional and rude. He was extremely upset about me seeing another doctor and demonstrated his attitude. He was using all kinds of intimidating tactics and prescribed wrong medications. His staff was also very unprofessional.

My wife and I visited Dr Niral Patel today for the first time. We as very sick patients had to wait about one hour to see the doctor. When he finally came in, I greeted him and politely asked him if this much wait was a routine or exception with him. Instead of answering the simple question, he turned red-faced, started yelling non-stop and refused to see us. "I have many patients and I have the right to refuse treating you", said he. This kind of attitude cannot be ignored and I am going to file a complaint with my insurance carrier and with the Board of Medicine. Please avoid seeing this egocentric man to prevent being insulted. Fantastic doctor , I'm 52 years old and never had a doctor like Dr Patel. This doctor really cares about his patients and doesn't push medications especially if diet and exercise is on the table. I would recommend him highly They offer in house blood work which is very convenient and many other services that you may not expect. If you are new to our area or a a long time resident and you are looking for a doctor you must give him a try. Be sure to plan ahead and fill out all documents online so they will be ready to help and treat you with very little delay day of your visit. My daughter and I saw Dr Patel, he was knowledgeable and had a very good bedside manner. Very pleased with the entire staff and the caring assistant Aida. We have made Dr. Patel our family primary and felt very comfortable with him and his office. He was highly recommended to us from Florida Hospital and they were exact in their description of his extensive education and quality service. I am a new walk in patient potential continuing patient. Unfortunately because of his front desk/front office manager that will not be happening. Her practices on how patients are seen is unfair. The staff unfortunately was not trained properly and gave me the wrong information. Because of that I'm having to wait last to be seen she refuses to accommodate me. If I had the time to start again in another office I would have left unfortunately I do not have the luxury of time. Never again.

My wife and I have been Patients and treated like family by Dr Patel for 2 years. We have never experienced care as we do with Dr Patel. He takes the time to get to know you. This doctor only cares about money and volume and not about the well being of his patients. This doctor refused to run any necessary tests to find out what was wrong but instead takes a guess and writes a prescription for an over the counter drug that you can get yourself. The doctor didn't even know basic blood work tests and needed to look it up online after I educated him. The staff at the front desk is rude and can not follow through on giving patients results. Shouldn't be a doctor.

Dr. Patel is by far the finest physician we have encountered in West Orange, Florida. Extremely thorough and professional.
