Dr. Pinyan was courteous and competent. He reviewed my records prior to my appointment, he took time to discuss and answer all of my questions and to share with me an assessment and treatment plan. Since my initial appointment he has been responsive to questions and needs as well.

So after waiting almost one month to get a call back for an appt, the nurse setting us up with the appropriate MD for my husbands neurology symptoms. An appt was scheduled 3 months out, with a week and half before our appt I just got the call that the md has reviewed his charts and he is not going to see my husbands because that is not his specialty??? WTH??? It took a nurse a month to set us up with the appropriate doc after reviewing his chart and symptoms??? Healthcare is in the toilet, and we have insurance, I am a nurse not the normal patient who thinks this is acceptable??? So disappointed in the healthcare system and the facility that these people claim to be running! Are we even in America?
