My family and I have been seen by Dr. Nichols and his staff for many years. Dr. Nichols and his staff are all professional and very friendly. The service is extraordinary and very thorough. Appointment times are respected. We are always greeted upon arrival and within a few minutes we are taken inside to begin our dental procedure.

My experience was great. People are really nice and very welcoming. I like how the staff was very detailed in letting me know what they were doing and what was next. They also kept checking on me to see if I was still comfortable. I got to start by saying that I agree that they are the best in the Imperial Valley. Today 11/7/2019 was the first time I went for my first visit and they treat it me very nice. The staff was very nice to me since I schedule my appointment, till the minute I finished with my appointment. Melanie Banuelos is one of the BEST dental hygienist, she accommodate me in the best possible way she could. She explain to me with very specific detail on how to clean my teeth. I truly recommend her she is one of the best. I just got to say THANK YOU. I will definitely be going back. GOOD JOB and keep up the good work. Staff is very kind, helpful and Dr. Nichols explains everything in full detail. Everyone does their best to make sure you have a great and confertable experience. Have been going here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Definitely recommended.

My daughters had the best experience ever. They where afraid of dentist from past experience. And now what to go again. The girls in the back made sure they where comfortable. And dentist was great. Would recommend. And they dont tie ur kids down. I really apreaciate and thank everyone that helped with the great experience.

could not recommend dr nichols and his team enough. Being new to an area I was wary about finding a good dentist who I trusted with my teeth. From Magda at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr nichols himself i would recommend to anyonr. Helpful with running you through what nerds to be done and how much it will costs and insurance covers etc. Great place for a small town!!
