The best dentist I've ever been to. Excellent, honest, thorough.

This used to be the best dental place but they charge everytime you cancel an apt sometime stuff happens and u can't make it plus they don't ever answer the phone

I went to this dentist with some serious dental work needing done. And for what they said i needed done is completley different then what they did and left me looking like a monster. There is no way i can go out in public like this. I have been made to feel like my self esteem has completley vanished and my confidence is out the window and as far as me getting a job thays not happening. My front tooth they decided to crown and has fallen out post and all and they said they cant fix it. Thwy have no openings til march. How am i supposed to wait that long when you guys are the ones who messed it up. And not only thag you should really decide to not let the assistant dentis t take over. Amazing! Went for my first time to get my wisdom teeth removed and did not feel anything at all. Very friendly and staff is nice

Posting for my dad. He had bad experience after bad experience. He was trying to give this office and the dentist the benefit of the doubt. After today he will not be going back. The dentist refused to talk to him, the staff refused to work with him to help him solve his problem. Horrible customer service, horrible dentist!!

Dr. Cervantes is amazing The staff is also wonderful very accommodating, His wife is an assistant there too and is also Very nice I highly recommend this dentist been going to them for years I really do feel cared for when I am there from beginning to end!!

I have been a patient for 18 years. I now have Multiple Sclerosis an have had to miss appt. I was cancelled as a patient. I was told I need to learn how to speak. I was treated horribly by the front desk staff. Horrible dental office.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. If I could give it negative stars I would. I had a 5pm appointment, so being a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The receptionist didn't even realize I was a new patient until 5:30pm when she finally gave me paperwork and informed me the doctor was behind and it would be another hour wait. I mentioned it would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know the doctor was an hour and a half behind, since I had left work early to make it to this appointment. I decided to wait the hour, I really needed to see a dentist and being new to the Valley this was my first attempt at seeing one. About 15 minutes later the receptionist let me know I was next to be seen. 30 minutes and 2 or 3 more patients go by, so obviously I was not next. By 6:30pm, an hour and a half past my original appointment time, I had reached my limit when the mother of 2 young boys, who has also been waiting for a long period of time to be seen came back into the waiting room. At this point she informed the waiting room they were in the back discussing how they wouldn't be done seeing patients until 9pm that night they were so far behind. She recommended leaving and finding another dentist because this one was a joke. At this point I asked for all of my personal paperwork back and left without seeing the doctor.
