I just wanted to send this in since Iâve had Dr. Grimes as my PCP for so long and I feel bad I was late in doing this. Heâs great, thorough, calming and Iâm very happy heâs been my doctor all this time.
It's Friday 8/14/20 I called at 8:45 AM talked to the secretary I think, i asked to speak to Leslie Dr Grime's nurse was told she is not in today I was told the fill in nurse would call me back. As of 3:15 PM no call back so I called again left another message with the same secratery was told that the fill in nurse was covering for to Doctors. Ok, so I was told that again that she will call me back well it is now 5:53 PM NOTHING no call back in very , very upset and disappointed. I'm disiponted with Dr Crimes , Dr Beasly no one had called me back. I've been trying to get a hold of someone since5 Monday... The only one that got back to me was Leslie. But she has been on Vacation so now I'm lost because the fill in nurse taking her placs did not call me back. This is totally unacceptable. U thought I had a pretty good repour with My Primary Care office. . Dr Grimes is truly a caring and attentive physician. Three of our family members see him regularly. His compassion for his patients is a rare find today. His office staff is doing the best they can during these Covid trying times. Thank you.
