Dr Popescu does not care about her patients. I took my husband to emergency where we spent 12 hours before being sent home and told to see his primary because of elevated liver enzymes. Called Popescu’s office and got an appointment. When we arrived for the appointment we were told we didn’t have an appointment Very rudely I might mention. 5 months later my husband has had a liver resection and still no word from Popescu. She shouldn’t be a doctor
