I was a patient of doctor glasses for close to 30 years it's the 30 years including my deceased wife and my deceased daughter I'm elderly and have complicated health issues And it's very upsetting to me that she closed her office in Clarkston and went somewhere else to practice which she took only her high risk patience with her would it's with her which I am and she didn't bother to bring me along she only gave me a 2 week notice to find another doctor and and unfortunately I think it was a very disturbing very disrespectful thing to do to me after all the years I wouldn't recommend her for anything Not even my dog

Best DR around. Going to miss her, when Mclaren closes down the office

Dr Glasson and Christine Fulmer have been there and assisted me with my medical needs. I would highly recommend them as they show compassion ,

I have been seeing Dr. Glasson for over a year now. In that time, she has been very attentive and has really worked with me and my wife. Her PA and nurses are outstanding...nothing but high praise for them. I have a rare condition and was very surprised to hear that Dr. Glasson and her PA were well aware of the possible side effects caused by a prescription given to me a few years earlier at a difference location. I will continue to be seen at Dr. Glasson’s office. Dr. Glasson does perform in house ECGs. She’s scheduled me several times, but I have difficulty making my appointments due to my office being so far from her clinic. Her staff will work with you on finding a convenient time and even refer you out as she did for me. Dr. Glasson and her staff always finds the time to squeeze me in despite my plentiful last minute requests. Just today, I called at 5pm to ask if the PA/Dr. could review my labs from my last visit and determine if my prescriptions needed adjustment. One area for improvement. There is a receptionist that should consider how her less than pleasant demeanor creates a less than welcoming first impression with each phone call and visit. She tried switching to a concierge service so I found a new doctor not paying a fee to have a doctor. When she couldn't cut it she had someone call and ask for me to come back. Only wants to help those with money. Steer clear of this doctor. She is exactly what you don't want.

There should be an option for no stars. I scheduled an appointment and then cancelled it TWO YEARS AGO. This office is still trying to bill me for a no show appt and I have NEVER seen this doctor. Never even walked I to the office. Don't even make the mistake of making an appointment here.

My main reason for going here was to finally get my back problem diagnosed, perhaps get some x-rays, and for some other questions and concerns as well. She starts asking me questions about my health in general. Finally the topic shifts to why I'm there in the first place. I voice my concern about my back problems and what we can do about them. She makes a sarcastic comment about my back hurting due to my Mother (because Mom has chronic pain too), saying something along the lines of "No wonder your back hurts". This was not a comment aimed at genetic disposition or anything scientific whatsoever, it was purely intended as an insult. Glasson goes through some of the options that may be available. Physical therapy was mentioned and I tell her that I've been doing my own physical therapy for quite some time and that I must be careful with how I bend, lift, twist and and even walk sometimes (because my entire right leg does go numb occasionally and it always hurts) and that physical therapy would not be a viable option because one bad exercise and I'm in terrible pain for the next several weeks if not months. More options were mentioned but those weren't viable either (can't remember exactly what ones) and she wants to take an x-ray. Yessss, finally some answers!!! I change into the hospital-esque gown and the nurse who took my vitals pulls me into the x-ray room about ten minutes later. Now here's the part that irritates the hell outta me *scratches head roughly*. The office is equipped with a full size x-ray table, possibly six and a half feet long? The nurse informs me that the x-ray machine cant take photos the entire length of the table. So I am instructed to lay with my back to the table with my legs hanging off. Yes. Legs hanging off. The nurse "corrects" my position and instructs me to bend my legs so that I'm not hanging off the table. And proceeds to take ONE x-ray with me laying down with my knees pointed toward the ceiling. This is my default position for getting out of pain... Usually. The nurse also took an x-ray of me on my side. I naturally went to the fetal position because thats the only way I can lay like that without my legs hanging off the table, and out of habit. Halfway through the the x-ray of my side, I was indeed asking myself, "Why am I in the fetal position when thats my default position?" I had been manipulated. More precisely, the x-rays had been manipulated and I allowed it to happen. I had my doubts on the x-ray table, but once I got back in the room I was certain. I had kept hope that maybe, juuuuust MAYBE there was still something to be found. After about 5 minutes of waiting for my results, somebody, I assume Glasson, walks up to the door, picks up something, looks at it briefly and lets out a very loud *sigh*. Maybe in disappointment? I wait and listen to Doctor Glasson have very loud boisterous conversations with her colleagues/patients for about... Maybe.... What? Forty-five minutes to an hour? After patiently waiting for what seemed like an eternity listening to everyone ignore me, Glasson knocks on the door, pokes her head in the door jamb (does not fully enter into the room), gives me a brief statement that the x-ray did not reveal anything and that I can go now. No, I didn't get to see my x-rays. There was no collaboration. She did mention a referral to a CT scan, but she already referred my Mother to a doctor who doesn't accept her insurance, so... no go there. Untrustworthy. The nurse and receptionist couldn't even look me in the eye on way out. Fantastic health care here, folks. No seriously, just... Just don't go here. If you're already a patient here and are treated like a person, start denying treatment and see how she acts towards you. My Mother denied Glassons DEMAND for a physical, and Glasson has discharged her from her doctors office. Lets put a doctor in this office that cares about your health. The worst doctor I’ve ever had. I needed a stress test due to an irregular EKG. administered by her P.A. I wanted the stress performed at a hospital her business manger insisted that it be performed at their office. The stress test was needed for up coming cancer surgery. Her office refused to cooperate with my oncologist. My oncologist and I went around her and got the stress test done at a hospital. I had no heart problem and had successful surgery. I was assigned to her by my HMO. It was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. It appears her office manager runs the practice, not her and in the several appointments I had I saw her only once, her P A was my doctor, not her. The worst doctor I’ve ever had. Her office refused to cooperate with my oncologist. My oncologist and I went around her and got the stress test done at a hospital. I had no heart problem and had successful surgery. I was assigned to her by my HMO.

She is my PCP an I like her she keeps it real

My symptoms had been dismissed by my previous Dr. At my new patient visit Dr Glasson understood have bad they were and got me referrals right away to figure out what is going on.

I have been a pain tent for almost 20 years. I loved Dr glasson and was looking forward to having my children leave their ped. and see her as well. now I'm told if i want to continue to see her i have to pay 130.00 a month per member of my family. no thanks. now it's all about money and not the patients.

Always willing to listen to me and my kids. Explains things to all of us so we understand the first time. Will listen to what we have to say

Went in for a referral to an ent, she tried to get me to get my blood drawn for something unrelated. When I declined, she told me we could reschedule it for when I was more mature.. done going here. Will find a new general doctor who is more respectful of their patients. The ladies at the front counter were wonderful though and totally understood that I no longer wanted to return here. Cynthia needs to focus on her practice, instead of running home when she has tons of patients waiting, and she needs to at least meet her practice's new patients once. Tara needs to listen to patients better. The nurses need to make sure patients aren't left waiting in the rooms with no updates. Most of the office staff needs to be replaced for friendlier people.

I went to my first visit with my new PCP the first week in Jnauary and was blown away by the care and consideration I received at Dr. Glasson's office. I felt very welcome and my prior health issues were covered extensively. Upon completeing some labs, the results showed a concern and I was AMAZED that I received a phone call from Dr. Glasson at 8:00 pm to discuss them! NEVER has happened before! We discussed options and will readress findings at our next scheduled appointment. I have to say I felt like I truly mattered to this doctor and am THRILLED with my choice for her as my primary. She is very personable and I felt comfortable and at ease immediately.
