I have been seeing Dr. Payne nearly as long as he has been in practice. He warned me that I am in the highest percentage of people to have detached retinas, and what I should be on the constant lookout for. When I had a retina detach, I called him and he stayed at the office after hours until I could get there. He called the retina specialist who saw me right away. This prompt action saved the vision in that eye. Aside from that, he is meticulous in his exams and very professional.

Mark is a great optometrist, would highly recommend for the whole family!

Dr. Payne and Binucci are very friendly and professional. Runs on schedule and great staff to assist with insurance and ordering.

I have been going to Dr. Payne for several years. He's very helpful and he has a good sense of humor. A few years ago I called him after hours because my daughter scratched her cornea. A kid at school shoved a lego in her eye and she had been crying for hours. He drove almost an hour to his office to treat her eye. He also didn't ding me for an expensive office visit because of it. This was such a great experience and I am thankful for Dr Payne, a doctor who cares about his patients and gives everyone the best care and customer service!
