Dr. Smith removed my tonsils and treated me for several other issues 23 years ago. Recently, I have been experiencing some congestion and coughing issues. I quickly made an appointment as I knew I would be receiving great care. Today, I was reminded why he’s the best! I was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, and it brought back such great memories!

i had my hydrafacial with Julietta, she is the best and very great customer service and will definitely will be returning and referring her to others.

Dr. Smith gave simple explanations to all procedures and listened carefully to past issues which he addressed and incorporated into my health plan. I highly recommend him as he is totally removed from the corporate healthcare attitude of many professionals today.

I was treated at Dr Smiths clinic for allergies and a deviated septum with nasal obstruction. Dr. Smith accurately diagnosed the problems and set a plan in motion which resulted in relief from my allergies and surgery. 6 weeks after the surgery I can breathe through my nose for the first time in as long as I can remember.

Never saw Dr. Smith I saw his assistant. Was overcharged and have been trying for a year to get the overpayment back. Stopped in personally and was given the runaround that the office manager was at an appointment and they didn't know if she would be back today.

The Skin Pen was a wonderful experience. Juliette was very professional, and the atmosphere was pleasant. There is no discomfort with this procedure. Within 4 weeks there was a noticeable difference with the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I plan on having this procedure routinely.

I'm thankful for Dr. Smith he has me feeling myself again. The staff is always pleasant and very professional. I believe and trust each diagnosis Dr. Smith has given and just what steps are needed to remedy it.

After consulting with Dr Smith quite a while ago, I finally made the decision to go ahead and do the face, neck and chest CO2 laser lift. Everything I experienced had been talked about in advance. The procedure was virtually painless and the healing has been quick. My pores are almost non existent and sun spots are so light as to be unnoticeable, already! It is only day 8. Started seeing Dr. Smith for allergies originally. I found out I had a deviated septum and a swollen turbinade. I ended up having surgery for a sinus reduction and a correction on my septum. I am so grateful that I had the surgery. I feel like I can breathe again. Thank you Dr. Smith!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Smith and his staff. They made me feel comfortable, were very professional, and knowledgeable.

Had sudden hearing loss and I was unable to get treatment needed at the ER and was referred to Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith has a great bedside manner, reassuring, explained his treatment plan very well. I felt he was well trained and that I had confidence in his ability to treat my symptoms. And I would recommend him highly for any hearing loss issues.

Dr. Dale Smith was an honest to goodness life saver! I had been in a lot of pain for more than a year! What other nurses and doctors could not see, he diagnosed on my very first visit!! I was in misery and thought I would never find anyone who knew what to do! I cannot express how thankful I am to him and all of his staff. Doctor Smith I heard so much about., I did not know anything about him until after i choose him .Jesus had his hand all the way.

I have had severe sinus/allergy problems for many years. Have had two sinus surgeries and was still having constant infections. Each time I had steroid injection, steroids by mouth, antibiotic injection and antibiotics by mouth for ten days. Within four days the infection would return as before. Dr. Smith has gotten to the bottom of my problem and I am quite confident that I am going to beat it this time! Thank you to Dr. Smith and his staff for taking such good care of me.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. First appointment I waited over an hour for my appointment, not to mention that their staff couldn’t stick me to draw blood because they didn’t have anyone experienced enough to do “ a hard stick “ so I had to drive over to southwestern hospital, go to their lab wait some more, ... wait more have my blood drawn AND had to take more of my time to drive my tubes of blood back to them! Today I had a follow up looked at my schedule wrong had an appointment for 810 was 40 minutes late, charged me a no show fee of 75.00 ... so it’s ok for me to have to wait in their staff and doctor but god forbid they have to wait in a PAYING patient ? The lady I spoke with was Cindy and she was extremely rude. I will drive to Oklahoma City , Tulsa or Dallas before returning to them. Wouldn’t even give them one star.
