If I could leave one star I would. Taking my 11 year old daughter here at the time with hope of getting her finger fixed and being disappointed behind it. My baby had so much faith in this lady . I end up going somewhere else afterwards and now my daughter has to have surgery again. This place should be closed down. Poor customer service also

Dr. Dipaolo and staff are excellent. They informed me of every little detail to expect from my surgery and everyone was so nice. I have had a couple of other surgeries and have never felt as important and cared for as I did with Dr.Dipaolo and her team!

I'm giving 3 stars, because the staff is friendly and the male nurse is really nice; however I regret traveling 3 hours to and from this office thinking I was getting the best care for my broken/fractured fingers. I went in with no doubts or concerns to get my fingers repaired just to end up 2yrs later after 2 surgeries and months of therapy only to end up with less than 35% usage of my right hand. Both fingers are crooked and the worst part about it is I was never told from the beginning that my hand wouldn't work as it did before. To my understanding it was a simple repair. Neither was I explained to why both fingers are still off-set, want bend and tips are frozen stiff.. I've had overall several visits with Dr. Diapola, however I can count the few minutes on 1 hand how long she stayed in the room to discuss my care, treatment, or mounting concerns. I truly wish I had did more research and found a Hand Specialist instead of an orthopedic surgeon. I''m truly battling depression due to the constant pain and stiffness of my right hand not actively moving and after trying to exercise it daily to build the strength back in it, it only aggravates it more. I'm not saying she isn't a good Dr., however I do feel that my personal care and treatment wasn't her top priority. Wonderful staff, amazing doctor, almost no wait. In & out if everything is good, but if you have questions they take time & thoroughly address whatever the issue. Could not ask for a more pleasant experience.

My whole treatment and care was both professional and caring.
