Dr. Bortnick is AMAZING! He has a fantastic bed side manner, takes the time to explain everything about the procedures he performs, listens, answers questions, and most importantly he is truly a master of his skill. I couldn’t be happier with my results. His entire staff, from nurses to front desk are amazing as well. They have all made me feel welcomed and comfortable from day one. If you are on the fence, go! My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner!

I had a breast lift with implants in March of 2021. It has been one year since my surgery. I went to three other surgeons before choosing Dr Bortnick. When I met with him. he told me everything I wanted to hear. He bragged about his skills and told me I would be pleased with what he could offer me. I lost 100 lbs 20+ years ago and had a significant amount of hanging skin left after. I always wanted to have the extra skin removed, but was embarrassed about it. After 20 years+, I decided to go in for a consultation. Dr Bortnick told me I was a great candidate. for a breast lift with implants. He told me that I would have lots of 'projection' with high profile 565 cc implants. He said they would last 20 years and made a joke that I would want to have them redone at 70 years of age. I chose him and took out a loan for almost $10K. 10K is a significant amount of money, but he convinced me it would be worth it. On the day of my surgery, I was so excited!!!! Dr. Bortnick was very personable and explained in detail the decisions that go into the surgery. They called me back to my appointment early, and Dr. Bortnick came in quickly and spent a good amount of time educating me and talking me through the process.

Dr. Bortnick, himself, was a nice enough guy and took the time to explain the procedure and convinced me that he was the right surgeon for my Gynecomastia surgery. His office staff (Jamie) on the other hand....did nothing but lie to and try to take more and more money from me. She lied to me in order to get me to sign her paperwork and then when I cancelled my surgery, tried to use that same paperwork to keep 20% as a non-refundable deposit. When you lie to someone to get them to sign something, that nullifies the contract! I’m currently awaiting the 3rd “I have to talk to my manager” callback of the day. If I get anything less than a full refund and an apology, this will be the nicest thing that you hear about their office. Once again, I have nothing personal against Dr. Bortnick himself, but I would never do business with any doctor who has a staff that performs in such a shady and deceitful manner. Dr Bortnik, you are a 10 out of 10, professional's professional and I am EXTREMELY happy with my results but frankly had NO idea what to expect at the tender age of 73 along with this being my first experience with reconstructive surgery of any kind therefore was obviously quite apprensive but after your incredible skills and a small post op recovery period you put all my fears to rest today...NO SCARS!....incredible. staff is helpful - i am waiting on another appointment to see about scheduling a revision, my procedure did not turn out like i expected...waiting for corrections from 1st procedure. i hope dr. bortnick can make the reconstruction after breast cancer the way he said he could

Dr. Bortnick performed surgery on my sons broken hand. My son was currently away at college when this happened so scheduling was tricky. Dr. Bortnick and his nurse Jamee were so accommodating with our my sons schedule. I can't say enough great things about our experience throughout surgery and post op. Short, but good experience. Came here to get a few stitches out & office was really nice, clean & staff was friendly. Doctor Bortnick was really nice & took his care of me, as did the nurse that assisted with after-care. I was given a few bandages to keep on my work truck, so I could work & not anything in it. This man in a pompous, arrogant He does not listen to the patient at all. Then when we switched to another dr cause he is no longer in network (thank god) they refuse to send over pertinent paperwork. Probably the worst dr pt interactive I have ever had.

Only complaint is I waited for the doctor for 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Dr. Bortnick gave me a face and figure that exceeded my expectations! I didn’t know who to turn to until I ran into an old employee of his who raved about his attention to detail. I wish I could show you the results! Someone I hadn’t seen since college said I had not changed at all. Someone new I met couldn’t believe I’m in my 50’s; he thought I looked 30. I look in the mirror and see the face and figure from 25 years ago except so much better. I never had slim shapely legs or a small waist. I still look like me...just better. Thank you, Dr. Bortnick!

Dr. Bortnick did my facial mini lift 2013 still looks great going back to have my eyes and peel done. He was very informative about the eye proceedure and I am confident it will be as great as my mini lift.
