From office visits to hospital procedure, Dr. Cooper is by far one of the most caring doctors you'll ever meet. Dr. Cooper is proactive with his approach. His staff at Banner Health-Scottsdale Osborn was very professional. Dr. Cooper personally explained the procedure to me and my Wife. He took down her number and text her with updates after the procedure. Not one complaint or concern. I am very pleased that my primary care physician highly recommended him. Outstanding!

Unfortunately, they demanded payment in full on an invoice that wasn't even 30 days old or they wouldn't see my spouse for his follow-up appt. They offered to take half, but that was several hundred dollars ($400), and we weren't notified of this policy until the evening before his appointment. Sadly, we had to cancel.

Dr. Cooper office when it was on Highland it was nice and attened too. I have since then been going to the office on central and indian and well today i had an appointment for 9:50 it was only for CT scan results and well after about 20-30 minutes just sitting there i asked if they were falling behind she said she would find out. It was 10:58 and nothing yes its busy but come on. Then a few other people had their appointments cancelled by the schedulers or what they call the call center. We go through alot to just prepare our bodies for these appointments to only wait 1.5 in the waiting room and then be seen for 3 minutes. Dr. Cooper is a 5 star doctor; however, connecting by phone to his scheduler is nearly impossible.

Dr. Cooper saved my life. I was experiencing hematospermia and I searched every site to find a urologist with the experience and the success rate I needed to get the best results if my suspicions of prostate cancer were proven. I found Dr. Cooper and I knew immediately upon meeting him that I wanted him to be my urologist. After a CT, an MRI and biopsy I was clinically diagnosed with Stage T3C prostate cancer. I was diagnosed very late and the cancer was super aggressive with a Gleason score of 10. My prognosis was not the best. Dr. Cooper decided that he would use ADT for several months to shrink the tumor and then perform a radical prostatectomy using robotic assisted surgery. The surgery was a success with no positive margins and no trace of the cancer. This highly skilled surgeon and war hero has the best bedside manner, is always truthful yet positive, and listens to the patient during the decision making process. I thank God for placing Commander Cooper in my path.

This was a follow-up visit. I was told that I need only to see Dr. Cooper again in a year unless problems arise.

Staff from the front desk to the MA's are all very friendly, knowledgeable. Dr Cooper answers all my questions and really gives me the time making sure im comfortable with his answers. I have referred this office to a couple of my colleagues.

Dr. Cooper was very professional and sensitive during my visit and procedure. His knowledge is excellent. Unfortunately I was one of those who have had very little change in my symptoms afterward. That happens. It was a solid diagnosis for treatment, my body simply did not respond as most others.

Dr. Cooper was very knowledgeable and informative as to my options. Tough schedule for both of us to get together and move forward as I had to have an aneurism surgery before my Kidney Surgery with Dr. Cooper. Was hoping for an earlier surgery date but certainly understand the reasons why it could not be scheduled until Dr. Garg informed your office that I had been cleared.

Dr. Cooper was very thorough and ordered further testing to ensure he had the necessary information to make an accurate assessment of my liver. He was very professional, understanding and gave me the time and information I needed. Excellent care.

Definitely recommend dr. Cooper. A smile on his face and a warm welcome on my first visit to his office. He explained my problem well and answered all my questions completely. He instilled my confidence in one visit and I don’t often feel that with a new physician.

Besides dr cooper being a good dr I have to say that Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. We are new here and she has been so kind, understanding, professional, yet makes you laugh with her wonderful personality. She is so genuine and doesn’t cut you short she just listens and goes above to help. She is also the reason I come there. Need more like her. Jan

Dr Cooper is by far one of the most amazing doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took care if not only me but several family members. He is honest and forthcoming while truly caring about my needs and wants. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honestly, caring provider. What visit? I would not recommend this doctor if I was on my death bed. He was rude and would not even see my son. I understand we are in a different time but we are his caregiver and the doctor needs to ask questions but if we are not allowed to be seen then how is he able to diagnose or treat his patient. The worst bed side manners ever! The staff was also no help and refused to have the doctor come out and talk to us! I would not make an appointment with Dr. Cooper. Stay away from him!

I feel like the care I received was personal, he remembered me at every point in my care, always knew my name and took time to let me know he sees my as a person, not a kidney or a procedure. I was very much at ease and had the best possible outcome. I would recommend Dr Cooper wholeheartedly, he is the expert and a helluva nice guy to boot. 5 stars isnt enough.

Dr. Cooper was excellent. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Very attentive, answered all my questions, and was able to understand and address apprehensive that I had. Awesome job!!!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr cooper and his staff. They were excellent. He gave a thorough explanation, and he and his staff were made available for any further concerns.

Im a wimp and as never having been in a hospital or any kind of surgery, I was scared to death about my upcoming TURPS procedure. From the day I met Dr. Cooper, all my fears were erased and the surgery was a breeze. He's great and I recommend him to all my friends and acquaintences. I salute you Commander!

Bright carrying doctor that is truly concerned about his patients needs. Hard to find in a world of busy doctors only focused on dollars.

This doctor left me and the worst conditions ever, 7 months after my surgery doing worst ,,,, very careful not and honest doctor ,, don't told you the worst can happen to you want haven't prostate surgery ,,, due your research before

I simply didn't get what i asked for and i will be charged over $400 for CONSULTATION...You got to be kidding me! My first impression was positive. I unfortunately have condition where my only option is circumcision which makes it hard for me to operate on daily basis. I made it very clear with Dr. Cooper that i need to know what is this procedure going to cost me which he confirmed that his office people will be able to provide me all the information's so we can proceed and i was definitively looking forward to. Well guess what...that didn't happen. I've been driven around to call different office in order to find out how much would be anesthesiologist's fee. Their offices would not give me any info, so i was in unknown area for months with issue that i need resolved. Let's just say that my consultation was at the beginning of 2016 and i couldn't get any answer (and still didn't get any) in November of 2016. I finally decided to change the doctor and do it elsewhere where people are more transparent and there is no hidden fees. You can say whatever you want but no consultation should cost that much. Thing is that i would be probably ok with this fee even knowing that it is outrages, if they were able to provide a good service and keep their word. I hope that people read these reviews (I certainly do) and not let anyone take advantage of them. Excellent experience with this surgeon. He gave us all of our options and was very upfront about all possible outcomes. He is very personable with great bedside manner, but most importantly, he provided a personalized and appropriate treatment plan which lead to the outcome we desired.

Dr. Cooper provided a secondary consultation when my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer in January 2017. He provided a thorough medical explanation of all the test results in such a way that myself and my family could clearly understand. With his advice, we were able to determine the best course of treatment for my father. His compassion for patients is outstanding, and his bedside manner(although remote in this instance) helps to calm any worries we had. I began seeing Dr. Cooper for bladder cancer after having been a patient of another urological surgeon and being very unhappy and being constantly concerned about the care I was NOT getting. I had come to the point of almost giving up on the entire ordeal. Until I saw Dr. Cooper. Having been a nurse for decades, I knew what to look for ( I thought), in a Dr., especially a surgeon. Being healthy my entire life, at 53 I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastasized terminal renal cell carcinoma. When I met Dr. Cooper, I was impressed on the professionalism, and personal touch he has approached the difficult surgery for radically remove my kidney and tumor. The operation he performed using robotic assisted surgery proved his unparalleled skills and talent. I am at a loss to find the right words to express my gratitude and appreciation on everything he has done.

I met Dr Cooper while I was in the hospital. His caring nature and fantastic bedside manner made me feel like I was in good hands. After 2 weeks of having a large, painful stent put in around my 14mm stone, Dr Cooper got me in the 2 days later to laser my stone and replace my stent with a smaller one. He was so caring, listened to my concerns, never rushed me like other doctors can and was truly a gentle man. I highly recommend him!!!
