Can't ever get ahold of her, no one answers the phone in the office. She was supposed to schedule an MRI for my back after the injection she did gave me no relief. It's been months and still no MRI and can't get a call back.

No I would not recommend Dr. Turnak. She would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. She was just wanting to do the series of shots to my back. I can not lay on my stomach, but that didn’t matter to her. If I could give her less than one star.....I would.

She is up front with you! Talks everything through with you to come up with the best care plan for the person she is treating! She truly wants to find out how to help you! I have been to several doctors over the years, she is a blessing!

Just wants to do injections on most significant pain...my whole body is painful from 24 years of fibromyalgia. No way to do injections on whole body. She doesn't want to prescribe medication. Which is good in today's opioid epidemic.

Love her. Shes freakon awesome

She has helped with more than 4 yrs of drs have regarding my pain I finally can handle a day better I was going crazy from pain.

The absolute worst doctor I have ever seen personally and with over 20 years of doctors for my sons with severe disabilities! Run ????‍♀️ far far away!

Dr. Turnak and staff are friendly, quick and professional.

Seen her once after being referred to her from back specialist to have injection in lower spine. She informed me right off she wasnt giving me any pain meds due to the fact I was valium 2mg and I informed her that I didnt want pain meds they dont help. I just wanted the injection so I went thru the 6 weeks of physical therapy like I was required. My ins is HIP they denied the injection but informed the receptionist that the Dr could call and do a peer to peer with them. She refused stating that my ins would still refuse and there was nothing she could do for me! I have a bulging disc with pinched nerve in the L3-L4 and the nerve pain is unreal numbness tingling and pain was just inner thigh from spine down to knee with no reflexes in knee or ankle. Now it is in the butt cheek down whole leg into my toes. If it weren't for my family dr helping me I wouldnt get thru each day. I am a nurse myself and totally disappointed that this dr couldnt have at least tried to go the extra mile since this has been going on since jan with no relief. I wouldn't refer her to anyone. She does not listen 2 her patients you tell her what she's doing isn't working she kicks you out of the programNow that Dr Danielle Turnak of The Decatur County Pain Management has released me from pain management I can finally come out and say this she has screwed my back up worse than it was before I'm in worse pain and in constant pain now. While I'm sitting more than 2 minutes my legs go completely numb most of the time I have 2 use something 2 help me stay standing.
