Had a horrible throbbing pain in back right neck and should er blades. Decided to go in and spent the last 9 days doing 10 min therapy and 5 minutes of treatment (moving arthritis) by cracking bones, sitting correctly, applying heat and 20 min laying on floor with legs up on chair. Totally changed. After day 8-no pain. Still following instructions. No pain!!! Will continue treatments for a few times per week. Thanks John!! Amazing results, very friendly, very professional, and very clean. I wouldn't go to another Dr. He's very knowledgeable and will even show in detail the exercises you need to do. The staff all knows me by my first name.
