Dr. Ingram and his staff are THE best. I really hope the whiners go somewhere else so that the rest of us will have an easier time getting an appointment with this very popular and busy doctor!

I absolutely love Dr. Ingram and the care he’s given our family for so many years. His staff (especially Tyler and Kelly) are the most giving, compassionate people I’ve encountered in a long time. I have no idea why anyone would say such rude and untrue comments about Dr. Ingram’s wife, but I can only say that maybe it’s the attitude of that person that is the problem. I’m a life-long resident of Prattville and know that Kelly and Dr. Ingram have given back so much in time and service to this community. Dr. Ingram is hands down the best doctor in the river region. I’ve always been treated so kindly by the entire staff every time I ever had an appointment. I don’t understand all of the hate towards Dr. Ingram’s wife, Kelly on these reviews. Kelly is always so helpful and nurturing at all of my visits. Shes held my hand whenever I had to get blood drawn for lab tests (I’m deathly afraid of needles). She told me jokes to distract me from what was going on! This is the kind of treatment I want from a doctors office! I highly recommend! Dr. Ingram is hands down the best doctor in the river region. My girlfriend has been coming here for years. The front staff has been incredibly rude towards her and her issues in the past few months. I found it this is common with many visitors after Danny's wife started working in the office. Don't come here, there's better doctors out there.

I've been going to Dr. Ingram over 20 years. He is an excellent doctor, caring and thorough.

I honestly wouldn't be here if not for Dr. Ingram's skill in diagnosing problems. He is a very caring and attentive doctor who I feel fortunate to have as my GP. None better!

Despicable front desk staff! Ive been going to Dr. Ingram for 24 years off and on. I've been cared for greatly. I've also been disrespected to a level I didn't think possible. I'm a combat veteran, a loving father, and kind person. I'm treated like an inmate or a piece of trash by the '''ladies" at the front desk. Everytime I call I get anxiety about what's going to be retorted. No more. If you have the chance to avoid this awful place full of awful people (except Tyler and the healthcare staff, IF you get to see them) please do. Dr. Ingram use to be one of the best doctors in town with a great reputation. When his wife Kelly Ingram came in and started working in the office, it has become a joke. Great doctor and very responsive staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Ingram. He has helped me through alot being sick to helping me with tragedy in my life. He took the time to talk with me when I needed someone. And being a bama fan is a plus ????

I love them! Haley has made me feel like I’m at home every time I go in there. She always ask about my parents & my family. The staff is very sweet and nice. Best dr office in prattville hands down! Just wish there was another Haley cause she’s always booked up!

Dr. Ingram is the BEST Doctor in Prattville Alabama!! However, if you are not already a patient then you are out of luck because he is so Very Much Loved that he is Very Rarely accepting new patients. I am an RN and I know the Majority of the Doctors that have been here for very long.
