Dr. Freeman is a very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician. He has always treated us with respect and listened with genuine concern. I wish he would open an office in Montgomery, also :-)

Dr. Freeman is one of the kindest and most compassionate physicians I know. Dr. Freeman has such patience with his geriatric patients, respecting them and never rushing them along to get to the next patient. My family has been patients here for like 30 years. He was always the best doctor in town. In recent times they won't let our family in when we are extremely sick, doctor is never available. Very disappointed and hate to see a doctor potentially lose an entire family that's been super supportive for decades. We love Dr Freeman as a person and a doctor. Sad situation. My husband and I have been patient's of doctor Freeman for 5.years, my husband got up one morning and couldn't hardly walk, it was weekend so this morning he called to see if he could come in to see the doctor and they told him they couldn't see him till next Monday and wouldn't call him in anything for his back,instead they tell him to go to urgent care ,well not only are they losing him as a patient but me also so that is 2 patients ,I understand if it was a cold or something like that but he is in pain, would not recommend this doctor to anyone and we will be looking for another doctor . Awesome!

I was in really bad pain and the best he could do was to say go to the ER. He wasn't even closed. I know there is an opioid crisis in America but I'm not part of it. Not the doctor for me.

Great patient care. Very thorough and listens and responds to patients questions. Recommend this practice highly.

Refused to run blood work recommended by my Gastro doctor. All he wants to do is push meds.

He is awesome but there is some disconnect between phone messages to doctors. They close early or don't have a doctor there too much. If you make it through the weekend sick, you'll never get through on the phones Monday. They need a triage phone system, with a person not a machine taking messages. They need to only take sick visits on the day of the call, not made days ahead, and only schedule a couple well visits per day. We can never get in anymore when we need to.
