This office is extremely unprofessional and rude. There were many red flags going into setting up an appointment. They are as follows: 1. There is no receptionist. The doctor schedules his own appointments, and his primary form of communication is through his email. 2. You won't speak to a human when you call. No one picks up the phone. You are only prompted to leave a message. 3. When you finally connect with the doctor, he is rude and pushy. He has appointments available soon and will push you into the soonest appointment possible so that you will have to pay a $35 rescheduling or cancellation fee. 4. He does not take no for an answer and does not care what your preference or schedule is. Personally, when dealing with him over the phone and having choppy signal, I was told "Well, why would you want that?" (When asking for an appointment later in the week vs. tomorrow) and "Well, come on, spit it out! What are you trying to say?!" (When correcting the email address he had taken down incorrectly. He is rude and inconsiderate and only seems interested in making a quick buck. Would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. This office is extremely unprofessional and rude.
