Dr. David G Alonso

I brought my aging mother to Dr. Alonso after a rough experience with a different Chico doctor. He gave her the respect of asking her questions and really LISTENING to her, instead of asking me, her caregiver. When my insurance changed, I made a bee-line to his office 4years ago, and have had the best care I could ask for. I have several complex medical issues, and was more than glad to sign up with his special program, which allowed me prompt, 30 minute office visits, home visits, and the highest tech care in town. Thanks Doc!

Very Professional friendly as Physician and Dr. Joy as well and all the staff are very professional in Medicine and Spa.I highly recommend it.

Absolute crook! He's not accepting new patients. But for $1500 per year he'll take you on. I guess your not worth his time unless you're wealthy.

From the moment you walk into the office the staff greets you with warmth and professionalism. The free consultation is thorough and I was able to book an appointment for my procedure on the spot without feeling any pressure. After meeting with Dr. Alonso, I left feeling confident about my choice. He was very honest and informative about what results to expect. On the day of the procedure everything went as described. It was a very relaxed environment. The staff took great care of me and I was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Alonso, I'm sure you won't regret your decision. Nurse practitioner was competent, but, being new, knew nothing of my medical history. Dr. Alonso always left me with a written summary of the visit and copies of blood test results; I received neither on this visit.

Dr. Alanzo is a good in communication and technical knowledge. I like the staff and am always able to get a timely appointment.

I saw Joy, the nurse practioner. She is wonderful and her diagnosis are correct. As an RN I am very picky aboput my health care. I recieve great care here and usually get in to see this practioner within 24 hours.

Joy is very knowledgeable, competent, and professional. She has such a nice manner and really listens.

Excellent physician and staff. Personable, attentive, responsive, professional. Office staff are pleasant and efficient.

I called the office on a Monday afternoon as I had been very sick for over a week. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. About 15 minutes later, Dr. Alonso's physician assistant, Ezra called me back and asked if I could come in immediately which I replied "yes!" I was seen by Dr. Alonso, diagnosed, and given the appropriate medication and instructions. Dr. Alonso and Ezra are always understanding and thorough. The staff is kind and caring. Dr. Alonso is a great doctor. He is quick to take action and very personable. He really cares how you are doing and wants you to feel your best.

I have been going to Dr. Alonso for some time. Dr. Alonso is the most wonderful physician ever. He has incredible bedside manners and is so smart. Hands down the best doctor i have ever had in my life

Listens to patient's and his bedside manner is Excellent , he really does care about his patient's , He truly is a Professional who goes beyond to help his patient's ...in , this day and age that's refreshing . I highly recommend Dr, Alonzo !!
