Knowledgeable, personable and takes as much time as needed. Wait times can be long, but she’ll spend as much time on your visit as needed to take care of everything.

Dr. Krone takes her time with each patient. She examined me thoroughly and checked my carotid blood flow as well as looking at my body and its characteristics. I saw her every six months for 15 years of my 30 years living in Chico. Waiting was no big deal, I took a book, she was busy, but all good doctors are. She doesn't pretend to give you all the answers, but does refer you to a dr whose specialty is other than hers. I wish I could find one as good near Arlington, Texas where I now live.

Dr. Krone is a compassionate, caring doctor. I have been seeing her for over 15 years. I couldn't be happier with her.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at her practice with staff and Kira Salmond. Thank you Kira Salmond for being friendly and very thorough.

I was assigned to Dr. Krone's office by my insurance and called to make an appointment. I had to leave a message. A week later I never heard back and when I called her receptionist pretty much said I was lying about leaving a message and it didn't matter that she didn't call me back because they are excepting new patients anyway. Common courtesy is apparently to much to ask.

Dr Krone doesn't care about her patients well being in emergency situations.

Dr. Krone takes the time to listen and discuss your issues and concern. She will make a referral if the health concern is out of the area of her expertise without making the patient jump through a lot of hoops. She is busy and, because she listens to her patients, you may ending waiting for your appointment. My advice is, the same for any doctor, call to see if she is running on time and take a book. A decent doctor is worth waiting for and you may be the patient with big issues one day.

Starting with Michella at the front desk i found Dr Krone's practice very efficient. They return my phones calls promptly. At the time of my exam Dr. Krone spends time listening and addressing the issues of my health. I never feel rushed. Dr Krone is an amazing Physician who listens and is very caring. It is just a very nice Medical Practice.
