Amy was very kind

Dr.Backus took care of my little one today in Butte, MT at Butte Pediatric Dentistry. He first came out and gave a very warm welcome and was super informative about the entire process of what to expect and whatnot to except. He carefully went by each step on the consent to treat and had his staff come out very often to keep us updated on how are little one was doing. After everything was over he reassured that we acknowledged the after care process and gave us their phone number to call if we had any questions or concerns. They even called a little later on to check on our little one! I am so happy we got to have such a great experience with such an awesome anesthesiologist! ???? Get your cost upfront!!

The Dr. here was super nice and a great dentist, but unfortunately to get to him you have to go through the front desk lady, who was very rude, and extremely hard to deal with, she didn't submit our claims correctly at all, one she never even submitted before trying to collect money. Be careful going here and make sure u have a full itemized statement before you pay a dime! dont accept buckeye insurance

I dont understand 1 star, that person obviously, no one would meet her needs. Just returned from there. Great cleaning from Amy, Friendly, caring and very personable. Dr. Backus was forthright and pleasant, best dentist in town. Receptionist Donna could not have more gracious. Good job. Did not help us one bit. Never called us back. Never billed for X-ray or exam. That's just weird. Didn't want to deal with husband's needs. I have worked for many dentists. I know this type! Don't trust him or his wife at all!

They really took great care of me , I would never go to any other dentist . The Staff also was so friendly & made me feel at home ...

Honestly the best dental care ever. The staff and Dr. are just top of the line. Caring, reassuring, honest. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist setting.

Everyone in the office was so friendly and kind and understanding. Seriously could not have had a better experience.

Fantastic experience. Amy and Donna are wonderful to interact with and great at taking care of teeth. Dr. Backus is also great. Everyone takes the needed time to do a great job. They are also very friendly and kind. I have been going there at least 6 years. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, because the people who work there are so pleasant, even if they have to do something a bit uncomfortable to your mouth. Dr.Backus is so friendly and personable. Everyone at the office is very kind and understanding. I'll recommend them to everyone.

Great! Office staff and dr. Very friendly and informative. Appointment at 2pm. Got me right back at 2pm. Dr. Spent a lot of time with me explaining in detail with me what he thought was best but let me decide what I wanted too do with no pressure. Also score for him being a buckeye fan!

They don't like black ppl so if you are black I wouldn't recommend it lol very racist vibe
