Wonderful and Caring Doctor. The Best.

Dr Osowik is very thorough and comprehensive. Compassionate and caring, too. I've been her patient about 20 years and always feel as though I am well taken care of. She is worth whatever wait there might be, since she is caring for someone the same way that she will care for me. Her CNP's are also very good and thorough.

Love Dr. Osowik. Really cares about her patients. Spends time making sure you're heard.

The staff at this office are very unprofessional and do not take patients needs seriously. I was running out of my medication that I need daily and was out of refills so I called every day for a week straight to try to get a virtual appt. or just a weeks worth until I could get in and no one was calling me back. I had to find a new doctor to continue on my medication. They called me two weeks later and asked where to call in the prescription. The staff at this office are very unprofessional and do not take patients needs seriously. Dr. Osowik is great. Very easy to get a same or next day appointment with her or one of her CNP's. She doesn't rush through your appointments and is very thorough and down to earth unlike a lot of doctors I've gone to. Only complaint I have is that is the appointment is with Dr. Osowik you usually have to wait after a half an hour to an hour after your appointment time before you see her (I don't have that issue when I see her PA) but I think it's because she spends so much time with her patients instead of rushing them through there appointment so it's a small price to pay Dr. Osowik is great. Dr. Osowik is amazing. She really takes the time to listen to her patients. She was my grandparents’ doctor, and she’s also my mom and I’s doctor.

Dr. Osowik is very friendly and down to earth and she spends a lot of time with her patients and explains everything and is great about answering your questions and doesn't rush you through watching the clock like a lot of doctors. She's very easy to get into and I can always get either a same day or next day appointment with her or her CNP Mancie. My only complaint always runs behind in her appointments. If I have an appointment it's usually 20 minutes to an hour later before I'm called back, but I'd rather wait past my appointment time and have a doctor who will spend time with me than a doctor who is watching the clock and doesn't explain everything.

never been to dr office but she has a individual corrinna franklin/wohlfeil/garland that is a thief and steals identities/info/$$ to benefit her own gain...don't trust her with your info. She owes like $9500 to me still.

Dr. Osowik provided my mother with the gentlest, compassionate and effective care. I recommend her highly for the treatment of elderly patients.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that Dr. Rosemarie Osowik is very nice and cares about her patients. On the other hand this place is very unprofessional my appointment was at 11am and didn’t get into a room until 12:30pm when I did get back my appointment was very rushed she almost forgot to check my throat, she did not call in my prescriptions and when I tried to call they never answered the phone until 3 hours later and when they finally answered I was on hold for 11 minutes and the lady said the doctor left for the day and all she can do is send her an email so I didn’t get my prescriptions because nobody knows how to do their jobs here. I see the nurse practitioner and she is very good and listen to you very compassionate never a long wait in waiting room

The Doctors are Awesome and Very Professional. The staff are very Friendly and Attentive and make you feel Comfortable on every visit.

The wait time for an appointment, response for a refill request, or just to get someone to answer the phone is absurd.

Don't go, they will mess you over. No care or respect for patients. You will wait an more than 15 minutes past your time and get no discount. But fall the other way and...

Dr. Osowik is a very thorough and caring doctor. I have a chronic medical condition and I truly trust her for my care.

Dr. Osowik really cares about her patients. She is extremely 100% a great doctor. I have been with her for years and she always has the same care for her patients. Yes you might have a short wait in her office but that’s because she takes her time with each patient and doesn’t treat you like an assembly line. She gets down to the bottom of all your problems. I never want another doctor.

I really like Dr. Osowik. She is compassionate and patient-first. It is very difficult to get an appointment, it didn't used to be that way before she joined Promedica. I called because I am sick and they were booking 2+ weeks out and said they are recommending for patients to go to urgent care or the ER. I talked to the office manager and she said "that's just how it is". I am looking for a different doctor because of the way this practice is running. I really like Dr. Osowik. Doctor Osowik has been my family doctor off and on for roughly 25 years. She is the most compassionate doctor I've ever encountered and she's picked a staff to fit that.

Dr. Osowik has been our family physician for many years and have never known a more dedicated and compassionate doctor. Would highly recommend her practice.

I have updated from a 3 star to a 5 star. Although it is difficult to get an appointment with the Dr. on short notice, a nurse practitioner is usually available next day. Staff is very friendly and professional. I have seen both of the nurse practitioners now and both of them are very thorough. I have never felt rushed and they listen to what you are saying. They are also well-versed in insurance issues so can be helpful when you're not sure what your insurance can cover, etc. I have updated from a 3 star to a 5 star. Dr. Osowik is now associated with ProMedica. I love her and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Her staff is improving greatly and so is phone response. I am so glad to have her in my life. She is diligent, works very hard and truly loves her patients. She Cares about us.

Unorganized office, two phone lines, doesn't have answering service or answering machine. Her office can't handel current patients and she's still accepting more patients. She only goes to st Annes hospital. Staff is disrespectful and always seems high tension.
