I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cox for little over two years now and I cannot say enough good things about his staff and him as a doctor. He might not be super talkative or personable and that’s ok with me... he is very professional, caring and thorough. The office is nice and clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is always very upbeat and friendly and his nurse is the same as well. Very good people and great doctor! This Dr. was covering at BMH, not only did he refuse to review my results, he told me the only result he had was a urine test which was negative. ( I never had a urine test) He insulted other physicians in the hospital, told me my results were not a priority. I asked how he would feel if his daughter was being treated this way and he told me not to ask him questions. He told me I was in the wrong hospital and I eventually told him to leave my room and not return. He shrugged his shoulders and said OK. I filed a formal complaint he is disgusting and I told him that to his face.

Very knowledgable physician. Takes sufficient time with patient. Well read medically. Has staff that actually answers phone themselves- no select 1 for .......... Would highly recommend this internist.

New to the area and I feel lucky to have found Dr. Cox. I have never felt rushed or that he was just checking the boxes. He has been thorough and professional.

Dr. Cox is a great primary care doctor that I would recommend to anyone

Dr. Cox was wonderful, I relocated from another state, I was worried, new DR., New area, he was very nice, took time with me, I was very pleased. Front office staff was polite & I just loved his nurse. My experience overall was exceptional.
