Very Kind, thoughtful and helpful. I appreciate Dr. Hoh taking the time to explain his procedures and tests. Extremely well-prepared and safe set-up for covid prevention in the office! Thanks to dr. and office manager for helping me with my glasses.

As everyone can attest, Dr. Hoh spends a lot of time with you explaining the procedures, the condition of your eye, and anything you need to know. He is extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The prices are right and the staff is very helpful.

I am a new patient of Dr. Hoh's and I'm glad I chose him. This was my first in-person appointment since Covid happened so I was a bit nervous. Their were clear signs outside that said patients have to come in with masks and there was plenty of space to wait 6 feet away from other patients. Dr. Hoh was very nice and explained everything to me in a way I was able to understand. He's talkative and makes you feel comfortable. I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend him. His office is on the 2nd floor and it is quite easy to find in Oakland Chinatown. His staff are also really nice and respectful. Very nice staff

Dr. David is lovely and took the time to do all the exams and explain to me in depth what I needed to do. Everyone was kind and professional.

I've been going to Dr. Hoh for about seven years now, despite the fact I no longer work in Oakland and have to take BART there from San Francisco, and he is great. He always takes his time and will explain everything he is doing, if you ask. He's very knowledgeable and makes the time fly. He's also a bargain for the Bay Area with a contact lens exam for only 130 bucks. Definitely five stars.
