To whom it may concern: Let me tell you about my recent experience with Dr.Chard. I have noticed some blood in my stool so I asked for a visit. I got one. It was cancelled. I got another appointment which was also cancelled. The third appointment was also cancelled. Since there was no phone record of the cancellitaion ( 2/25/19 ) I visited his office in Oakland. I was told the doctor went to a conference. Dr. Chard has an outstanding reputation but I must say I was let down. Big time. Four years ago Dr. Chard failed to tell me the results of my colonoscopy. I had to get the report to find out what the results were. Six weeks ago , due for another colonoscopy, my primary MD referred me to Dr. Stollman, in the same group as Chard. Staff refused to make an appointment becauset Chard had to give Stollman permission first. Six weeks passed before I was contacted. So Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I made other arrangements. I would never return to East Bay Center for Digestiive Health.

Please descard my earler rather negaive review on Dr. Chard. I apologized to him when he performed colonoscopy on 2/9/17. It was his secratary who didn't give him my letter leading to the confusion. I gave Dr. Chard an AAA +Thank you
