I've been going to him for years and he's always been very friendly and attentive to any concerns I may have. He's also very personable and talks to you more like a friend than a doctor.

I have had several appointments with Dr Letzer, for differant injuries. He is kind, caring & interested in you. Dr Letzer does his job because he actually cares about people! He has helped me fight sepsis, and now Covid 19 despite being fully vaccinated. He was able to arrange for a monoclonal antibody infusion for me without making me come into the office. A feat I could not accomplish through the Prohealth ID group, the ED or my primary care MD. They all wanted visits and didn’t have space (except the ED-but they asked me not to come in) for days. My oxygen was already borderline. Dr Letzer remembers me and my bad lungs and made it happen. Without insisting on seeing me first. This is how healthcare should work. Thank you Dr Letzer for preventing me having to be hospitalized. Dr. Letzer is a very professional, educated individual. He listens and answers your questions in language that is easy to understand. I met him while hospitalized, so I had no time, or patience, for games. He's an integral part of my health management team.

Dr Letzer is alway kind, caring, and willing to spend the time needed to explain complex conditions.
