Best doctor ever!

Great experience with Dr Smith for myself and my three year old daughter.

Dr. Smith is the best eye doctor we’ve ever visited. He is wonderful with kids and has the best staff who can help with any eye care needs.

I saw Dr. Smith about December I had my service dog with me. She is highly trained her service is what allows me to have a normal life. Dr. Smith was rude about her being there and on his new carpet. Said he would prefer that I didn't bring her again. I tried to explain service dog to him. She sat perfectly, only got up when she needed to alert me. Dr. Smith didn't inquire if I was alright or needed help. I sent him a letter and ADA rules. I haven't heard back from him. I left feeling bad.

I got superficial keratitis two times in a row. On the second time instead of giving me more medicated eye drops, Dr. Smith really applied himself to figuring out why this would be happening. He told me that the company I bought contact solution from recently changed their formula, and he guessed that I was allergic to what the company added to the solution. He gave me a different contact solution to try, which worked. Dr. Smith is amazing! He is personable & applies himself to helping clients.

We have loved Dr. Smith for years! He is very caring and is great at making patients feel comfortable. From our tiny tots to us as adults. :) He's great at answering any questions we have on our level!
