I enjoy the thoroughness of both the assistants and Dr. Stevens in reviewing my medical history and meds. He also listens to and answers my questions

I like the app with my health records on it. I’m fairly healthy so I don’t need much, but Dr Stevens listens, explains and helps me navigate the medical system. His front desk staff, on the other hand, seem cold and unwelcoming.

Wait time is always reasonable or very short. Dr Stevens listened to me carefully and addressed all my concerns.

Efficient sign in with minimum waiting time. Friendly back office staff, ask all correct questions and make patient feel at ease. Dr Steven’s is a good listener and cares about your inputs and concerns

Very pleasant Dr visit. Dr Stevens is a great listener and understands my concerns about my thyroid test results. Other physicians have only been concerned about my TSH and want to nominalize it. Dr Stevens reviews my T3,T4 and me overall wellness to determine proper levels. He is a great partner in my efforts to stay feeling well and productive.

Dr Steven’s is great!!!! He was able to give us a diagnosis and prescribe helpful medicine the instacare could not. He is a family friend and really know his stuff. He was willing to treat us even though we are from out of town. If we lived near he would certainly be our doctor! Thank you for your help.

I went to Dr. Stevens with terrible hip pain and unable to walk without a cane or walker. He did nothing but give me a referral (he probably made his assistant do the referral). When I addressed him about the pain he said "You'll figure it out" and "Good luck". Then he charged me $130 for doing nothing! Turns out a 1/2" of bone had been ground off my femur due to bone on bone grinding and my hip needs to be replaced! What a disappointment!

For the past several months it has been my family’s pleasure to have had Dr. Robert Stevens, MD for my son’s primary care physician. Dr. Stevens is an incredible professional! He takes so much time making sure that all my son’s needs are met. I have never seen a medical professional with such patience and competency. His encouragement that he has offered my son in his personal medical challenges is heartwarming. The office staff is also both effective and efficient. Dr Stevens is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients, explains what is happening and what the treatment options are, and he is clinically skilled. I am thrilled with the care he provides me and my family!

Our whole family recently got our annual physical check ups. Dr. Stevens is very personable and thorough. We love our family doctor!

Dr. Stevens what great. Diagnosis and counsel was accurate and appreciated. I don't care for the online portal used for dissemination of medical documents. The invitation email did not contain specific information related to the clinic or myself, it was almost deleted as junk. There was another minor issue which required a phone call and staff interaction to activate the login.

Dr. Stevens seems to listen, engage and answer your questions concisely. He seems willing to chat a bit and appears to actually care about you, not just your ailment(s) and will refer your elsewhere if needed.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Stevens because of his pleasant, considerate demeanor. He leaves no doubt with his medical expertise and bedside manner. A very kind doctor from Layton, who was a personal friend recommended Dr. Stevens to us when we were leaving Layton and moving to Cache Valley. Others in similar moves to this area have asked if I knew a local doctor that I could recommend and I have readily offered the name of Dr. Stevens, without hesitation. My wife is a former ICU nurse from Davis North and is very pleased with Dr. Stevens as well. I don't think there is a better doctor for us.

Dr. Stevens was easy to talk to. He asked good questions and listened to our concerns. He didn't assume to know all the answers, but led us to the next step of what we needed to do.

Very kind and professional and caring

I found the need to see my doctor as COVID-19 was beginning to surface in our area. I was very concerned about having to wait in a crowded waiting room, particularly since (in a prior life) contracted a hospital-born infection; i seem to catch things more quickly these days. Happily, only one other patient was in the waiting room with me, and only for a short time. Dr. Stevens was prompt, knowledgable, and very courteous, and I left knowing I was on a resolution track. I don't plan to change my doctor any time soon :-)

Dr. Stevens is a rarity in this world. Honestly, I will never go to anyone else. He is very thorough and has diagnosed me accurately every time. He actually listens and definitely cares. He is great one-on-one and will take the time to explain his thoughts and process. He personally called me several times to give test results and follow-up. I have never had that happen with any health care provider I've been to before. He is an excellent provider and as such, I have told everyone I know to go to him. My referrals love him too.

I recently made a last minute appointment to see Dr. Stevens. I called and they worked me in to see the Dr. I was pleased and I was treated with kindness and smiles. Dr. Stevens always make you feel comfortable and willing to sit and listen. He is truly a doctor that care for his patients. Doctor Stevens always asked about my family and their wellness. I would recommend his services to anyone that is looking for a family heath care.

I had an appointment with Dr steavens today and I have very painful Gout in my knee and I couldn’t get to the Doctors office I was in so much pain I couldn’t drive . so I called and asked if they could relay a message to Dr steavens I thought the lady I spoke to was very rude and short I’m thinking twice going back ????????

Very thorough, and personable!

Dr. Stevens listens carefully and is also very kind. He is a great resource and partner for my health.

My husband and I moved to North Logan in 2011 from Weber County. When we needed medical assistance we would made the commute to Weber County and see our PCP. A neighbor suggested that we try Dr. Stevens. From our first visit we were very impressed with Dr. Stevens and the Providence Clinic. We found Dr. Stevens to be very knowledgeable regarding our medical issues. We feel comfortable asking questions about our illness'. Dr. Stevens answers our questions fully,with a caring and compassionate demeanor. We feel he "cares" about our well being. When we have seen him in the community he will Always say "HI" and ask how we are. The staff at the clinic always are so friendly and HAPPY. They are excellent in delivering message we have for Dr. Stevens and we get a rapid reply. We have been very HAPPY with the care we have received from the Providence staff and especially Dr. Stevens. We're so glad we took our friends suggestion.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Stevens last week and it was wonderful! He took the time to really listen and answer all of my questions and was very competent and knowledgeable. I have been looking for a new Doctor for awhile and I am thrilled to have Dr Stevens as my new Primary Care.

Dr. John Nelson knew the father of Richard Stevens and well as Richard himself. John Nelson is a renowned leader in the medical field and recommended Richard Stevens wholeheartedly. Dr. Stevens cares about his patients and is an avid advocate of personal, private medicine. He enthusiastically works very hard to the best by his clients. My wife and I are well pleased to be under the watch care of so fine a physician.

Very personable, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor!

Doctor Stevens is a very caring doctor. He listens well to my concerns and spends a lot of time with me. I never feel rushed in his office. He doesn't order useless lab tests unless it will help with his diagnosis. I have had some difficult health concerns lately and he helped me very much. He made referrals to other doctors who were very good. His office staff is nice and you don't have to wait long to see him. I really like Doctor Stevens.

Dr. Stephens has a calm and intelligent personality and is very willing to discuss options and talk things through. He listens to what I have to say and is willing to work with me regarding medical options and timing. His practice has been very accommodating to schedule visits for me, sometimes within a day or so. My appointment was pre-scheduled. From the time I walked into the clinic, the process was timely and address well by staff. Dr. Stevens was attentive and showing interest in my purpose for being there. Ample time was given for me to offer explanations and ask questions. Good overall experience.

An exceptional doctor who takes time to listen. I would and do recommend him to everyone, because I know they won’t be disappointed by my recommendation.

My wife and I have been patients of his for almost 10 years. This last year has been rough and we've been in to see him a lot this year. His want to help has decreased and insists on sending you to a specialist for everything. He has become paranoid over pain killers since they sold out to mountain star healthcare. Debbie and Julie are amazing at what they do and make the visit wonderful. But it's time to find a new Dr. that's wants to solve a issue and not pass you off to a specialist.

Dr. Stevens is great and he goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the best care. He is also my newborns doctor, and I have been very impressed with his "baby care".

Dr. Stevens is an outstanding doctor, he takes the time to really understand the patient and explains things very clearly. Short wait times, excellent staff, and exceptional care--overall an outstanding medical care provider!

Dr Stevens was very thorough and caring. He took the time necessary to accurately diagnosis my ailments. Previous doctors I had been to diagnosed me with seasonal allergies without taking the time to be thorough and Dr Stevens discovered I had a sinus infection and pneumonia. I was so grateful to find a good doctor!! The staff was also very nice and professional.

I've been seeing Dr Stevens for over ten years and have always trusted in his care.

Dr Stevens is a skilled and compassionate family doctor. I love that he uses a holistic approach to treating our family and takes time to actually listen. While we may wait a few more minutes in the waiting room or exam room on occasion, I never feel like he is rushed when it is our turn. That is a worthwhile trade-off to me.
