Dr Wright was amazing. I had to check my elderly Mom into the ER & then the Behavioral Healthcare area of Brandywine Hospital and needed her consent. He was so incredibly kind and thoughtful with her through the whole process to ensure she understood what was happening and in explaining the next steps as clearly for her as possible. I was alone with both my elderly parents and in the ER for 8 hrs. before they could admit her. It was an incredibly hard day, and he and his team were stellar. I will never forget them.

Worst physician I have ever worked with, and as an RN, I worked with many. I had a bad fall, with brief black out, and significant trauma to my head, hip, back and flank , and both wrists. I was concerned about the hip (I have a replacement) and possible kidney bruising. I was unable to ambulate independently when I arrived. He showed no concern and became impatient when I tried to explain what I was experiencing. Never checked the head trauma or performed a preliminary screen for concussion. Never physically assessed my injuries except placing pressure on my fingers "to check my wrists". Ordered pain meds, CT scan. Also, a tetanus injection which I refused...I deemed not necessary. I never saw him again. At change of shift, the evening shift physician took time to listen, physically evaluate me and order additional tests and x-rays. I generally don't go to Brandywine but it was closest after this accident. I thought things improved there, but I guess not.

Terrible! Terrible! This man has no business working with people! His bedside manner sucks and he doesn't listen! Shame on you Brandywine hospital for hiring such uncaring person to work with sick people. If I could give a zero I would

My experience in the ER at Brandywine Hospital with Dr Wright was awful, so much so I will not go back to that hospital ever again. He was extremely uncaring, very poor bedside manner, and continued to belittle the pain I was having. He was so unprofessional I got up from the exam table and left the ER in tears. I had never experienced treatment like that from a Dr. and hopefully never will again.

Very rude and disrespectful to my sister and the family in the ER. No compassion or empathy! Cut therm short, stating I have other patient's to see!
