Dr Gagadam is a great caring & concerned doctor I will be seeing him soon 5/24/2022, praying he can give me a great report concerning my lungs/ Copd, Emphysema, Asthma ????????????

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DOCTOR DO NOT TRUST HIM OR YIUR LOVED ONES TO HIS CARE. My mother has been seen by Dr Gagadam for two months for a possible response infection. My mother reached out to him on multiple occasions to report she was not improving and seeking help. She had a follow up CT that reported that her condition was getting worse. Dr Gagadams office advised her that he read the report and says it would be fine and he would see her in two weeks. Today is that two week mark, she has spent the last week in ICU after going into complete respiratory failure requiring intubation. Fortunately she is improving. I have been in the medical field for 16 years. I understand that you get busy and thing can be missed. What I can't wrap my head around is when a Dr says they have read a report that clearly states that a condition has gotten worse, and not following up or changing the treatment plan. They keep canceling my sleep study appointments, minutes before I'm leaving to go. At least 2 or 3, I've lost count.. This time I was lied to...said my insurance had not approved yet which is completely false. Insurance sends me a copy of everything that's approved or not. I highly recommend Dr. Gagadam. He has been treating my dad for years and we are very pleased with his care.

This doctor definitely does not care about his patients. He diagnosed me after a few tests with extreme sleep apnea back in Aug/Sept 2021 and told me that I really need to be sleeping with a CPAP machine every night. He told me that they'd order me the machine and it would be in for me to pick it up in a few weeks. Fast forward to today (Jan 5th, 2022) , I call in to find out why I have not received my machine yet and they tell me that they'll now have to go through another company because the initial company they went through didn't have any and didn't respond to them. I was able to obtain that company's contact information from her and I called them directly. Majors Medical Service informed me that they had indeed received the order back in September 2021 but they also received notes along with it from another patient and they had reached out to Dr. Gagadam on multiple occasions trying to clarify what exactly was needed for me. They informed me that they never received a response back. When I called Dr. Gagadam I was told that they would just resend the information and I pleaded with them to just pick up the phone and call like I did. They finally obliged me and while I was on hold they called and straightened it out. I have taken my wife to this doctor twice, he is a nice guy but has not helped us a bit and the staff will not do their jobs to get the necesary paper work done for medical equipment and imaging. Last time we were there her blood oxygen was in the mid 80's and he said she needs to be on oxygen. A week later we called and they had done nothing to get the process started. You have to constantly call his staff and push them to do their jobs. He just keeps wanting more images and appointments spread out over 5 months. Very disappointed in this Doctor and his staff.

Dr. Gagadam is great and has been monitoring my asthma for about two years now. Highly recommend him for asthmatics.

*HORRIBLE STAFF* I Was called to confirm an appointment and I told them I had to reschedule due to my job schedule and me being a medical assistant and going to school and the girl who picked up the phone said “I thought you really needed to see the DR” I told her to let me speak to the manager , spoke to manager and manager said “she was trying to make a point” I would never ever say that to a patient at my clinic and the fact that I was gonna go there and spend my money there for them just to be rude so glad I never went in HORRIBLE STAFF DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BAD

I’ve scheduled an appointment with this clinic twice now for a follow up on my pneumonia. The first appointment the front desk staff told me I was not in their system. I rescheduled for two days later in the same Fort Worth office, and requested a print out for confirmation. I came in for the new appointment with the paper for my new appointment and the front desk staff gave me a phone with a nurse on the line who told me that the dr. Dr. Gagadam is a truly caring, well-versed pulmonologist. He knows my case inside and out and does not constantly ask me the same things over and over. For anyone faced with serious pulmonary issues I would highly recommend him. I have COPD so the trust I put in him is very important. I have all the faith in the world in him and his team. You may die in the waiting room waiting on him to show up. Always at least hour and half wait. If you think you have waited along time before. Ha I've seen people get up and walk out. Heard friends tell me they walked out. Very unprofessional to over book appointments over and over And not even care about other peoples time. He is a doctor and should have been taught better than to constantly be hours late with you just sitting in a room Waiting for him to grace you with his preasance!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Stay clear from this QUAK. You will be waiting hours and hours to be seen. He has about 8 employees working for him and he still can’t get it together!! My husband had an appointment with him at 2pm and we didn’t leave until after 5. He asks you questions, then before you can finish answering the questions he’s on to the next one. He cuts you off and starts rambling and mumbling. As we were talking he got up and went to answer a phone call on his he didn’t come back until after 15 almost 20 minutes. We never went back. Dr. Gagadam is the best at what he does. He is also kind and compassionate, with a wonderful bedside manner. He didn't give up on me. He saved my life

The sleep study lab is on the floor level with an apartment overhead. The noise from the apartment with loud footsteps is not conducive to sleeping. The room was stuffy & the ceiling fan didn’t work. The office staff is not very professional. I’ve had to wait for up to an hour to see the dr. Dr didn’t believe me when I had a side effect from a medication he prescribed, yet the reaction was listed in the drug’s paperwork. He’s the only dr my Ins will accept so I’m stuck. No, would’nt recom

Dr. Gagadam treated my father when he was really sick. He cares for his patients and has good bedside manners

The doctor was personable and probably good, however, after my visit I was unable to get the requested replacement headgear and filters for my C PAP machine. They were to be prescribed and sent to the medical equipment company. After following up at LEAST 12 times with Dr. Gagadam's office I still do not have the needed equipment to properly use my machine. But they are now calling me to come in for another sleep study. Why? So we know I need to be treated? Already know that. Not treated now!
