I been trying to get an appointment I have noticed the past few visits he has no staff and is just him and he has a hearing problem

Worst office staff and pediatric clinic i have ever been to! They never put our children's vaccination records into the state database and when we try to go to the office or call NO ONE IS THERE OR ANSWERS THE PHONE!! NOT EVEN FOR OTHER PHYSICIANS WHEN THEY CALL! Now one of my children is having to receive more shots which are completely unnecessary, all due to the lack of professionalism and medical ethics!! The fact they charge $10 for shot records shows they only care about the money!

We have been waiting to be called back for just over TWO hours now because the women at the desk lost our sign in sheet ???? Every time we come to this office there is an issue, including the Dr being dismissive of my concerns about my child’s health.

Horrible!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This man is way too old to still be in practice. He can’t keep a decent staff because he’s too cheap and surly. His office and all that’s in it is filthy. He is Extremely, slow rude, and very unsanitary. If your children are in need of a refill on their medication it will be Darn near impossible to get it from him. he's been my pediatrician for over 15 years, im 22 now & in medical school because of him and his wife. The wait might be long and the clinic may be small, but he is an excellent provider.

I love Dr. Saty and how he cares for my 2 newborn twins he takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable! He is a wonderful, caring doctor and has not only taken care of my twins but me as well!

Dr Saty is the best. My son loves him we have been with him since my son was born at Baylor. Since covid-19 he has been running his office alone. Although his office needs a little bit of an upgrade his medical opinion is flawless.

Him & his wife are very knowledgeable! He is very dismissive of what you say though as to where his wife listens & takes into consideration what you need etc! I HATED the wait, you’d be waiting hours past your appointment time! The space is small & filthy! Everything is old & falling apart (seats, patient beds in room, etc)

Will not fax shot records to school so you have to go pick them up and they charge you $10, $13 of you pay with card. Small hot dirty office. Lady that does shots claimed to give my son tb test but never did. And at the next appt i told Mr. Saty but he didnt believe me. Thanks but no thanks. Ill drive to grandbury.

Dr. Stay and his wife have been my children's pediatrician for 16 years. They don't spend on apperiance because they provide the absolute best value for the money! Never failed me when we needed them.

Dr Saty Is an awesome person however his staff is horrible. They are not professional at all and their appearance is not office appropriate. The front desk girl Yesenia is rude and unpleasant.

Worst place ever please don’t take your child there. You will soon regret it if you do. The staff sucks, the waiting room is tiny with no where to sit, leaving you to sit in hallway.. the time waiting is horrible. And the examination it self isn’t well done. I have two kids and both been wrongfully diagnosed. So please don’t take your child here.. and you can’t understand what the pediatrician is saying half the time. If I could I’d give this place zero stars.. please read other reviews besides mine and the truth will be shown.

Wish I could give this Dr and his staff zero stars. Worst experience ever. As a first time mom, took my newborn daughter to dr Saty for her first 2 checkups. Had to wait at least an hour every time to even be called back to a room, the office was filthy, and always packed, and then when we did see the doctor he didn’t even look at my daughter. Office staff and nurses were very rude. Tried to send me bills when we did not owe anything and then when questioned , they were dismissive and so rude!!! I switched pediatricians after her 2nd visit with Dr.saty, horrible experience. Wish I could give this Dr and his staff zero stars. Worst experience ever. Great doc.

Dr. Saty was my childhood doctor. I remember him very well. I turned out pretty great. Check him out.

The waiting area is to my and cramped there are people out in the hallways the carpet/floors are all dirty and stained it takes 2 hours to see the doctor (they prescribed my newborn daughter acid reflux medicine when she never got tested etc they are out of date on modern medicine. Their nurses give the shots so we have to wait another 30 min to an hour for them to be administered and to top it off at the end of all this 3 hours of work is missed every child is screaming and fussy I had these doctors when I was a kid and since my daughter is a newborn now she's 10 months and literally nothing has changed. We are definitely getting a new doctor soon. Wonderful experience, he was my pick for my newborn. My son's newborn screening results were questionable and Dr. Saty suggested we get a second screening that yield more results to be sure. I am glad he takes the time and seeks several avenues for health care treatment. I decided to switch my other children to Dr. Saty. I took two year old my daughter to Cooks urgent care due to a cough that lasted quite a while, they told me it was allergies and prescribed Zurtec, I decided not to give her Zurtec and take her to Dr. Saty . He told me she had bronchitis and prescribed her 3 medicines that helped immensely. I am so grateful that he listens and pays attention to your child and isn't rushing like other pediatricians. Takes over an hour just to get into the exam room, and another 30-45 minutes to talk to the doctor. Doctors and staff are extremely slow. Waiting room is cramped, small and dirty. My daughter was given medicine for acid reflux and antibiotics for strep but wasn’t tested for any of it. We will not be coming back.

Dr saty himself is very nice, but the Staff is horrible. Not one of those girls are professional, I don't understand what Thier doing there if they hate Thier jobs.

He an good doctor.

He is sweet caring and very knowledgable.

The worst office ive ever been too. Phone calls don't get answered, staff very unprofessional, front desk always left alone, patients wait hours just to get seen. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

The office is horrible and outdated. It takes forever to be seen and more often than not if you have an appointment they cancel it due to unforseen circumstances. You will show up to your appointment and the door will be locked.
