Dr Tracy is outstanding...not only does she engage patient and listen, she is honest and doesn't treat patients like mushrooms... i drive 3 hours each way to see her as i think she is absolute best doctor...can't find enough words to sing her praises

Wow.. very rude & obnoxious office staff ... Kindness goes a long way.. you all should try it out next time someone calls to ask a question.. smfh.. ????

Dr. Tracy may be a wonderful diagnostician, but she has a horrible bedside manner. If feeling belittled is ok, then she's the Dr for you.

Outstanding,caring, professional. My 81 year old mom has multiple health issues including back pain. Dr Tracey spent over an hour with us getting medical history accomplished a physical exam. Office and exam rooms very clean. Office staff , nurses were exceptional also.

I brought my elderly mother to Tracy years ago. Mom was so afraid of the procedure recommended. Instead of giving mom compassion Tracy told her “Well you’ve had a long life”. What kind of dr says that to an 85 yr old frightened person. Horrible

Dr Tracy and her staff deserve way more than 5 stars! Dr Tracy herself is a dedicated professional who made me feel like a valued human being and her staff...goodness...they are so sweet! It is unlikely I will need their services in the future since this procedure was a one-time occurrence, however I would NEVER hesitate to recommend her at any time to anyone! I have been under Dr Tracy's care for 5 years now and require periodic "tune ups." The first treatment of radiotherapy nerve ablation was in 2016 and the results were outstanding. I was very fortunate and out of back pain for 4 years. As further deterioration of my issues occurred and the nerves regenerated, I sought further treatment including a caudal injection and additional nerve ablation. The second round of nerve ablation is working and I look forward to continued relief from the lumbar spinal stenosis. Since I am not a candidate for surgery, I would highly recommend Dr Tracy for pain management without the inclusion of high-powered pain medications. She's the best!

After more than 30 years of back pain that progressively worsened, I had the RF Ablation procedure done by Dr. Deborah Tracy. The sciatic pain that was so debilitating has gone away and I have been able to return to doing things that I love. I fully understand that this procedure isn't a permanent fix but I also know that when it needs to be done again, I can count on Dr. Tracy to be there for me. I have gone to Dr. Tracy for nearly 10 years and have found her to be a very caring doctor who doesn't give up on bringing relief from pain to her patients in other ways than just medication. If you are suffering from unrelenting pain, why not consult with Dr. Tracy and see if she can help you too. What do you have to lose other than your pain?

I had been a patient of Dr. Tracy's. I called this morning to make an appt. My insurance had changed so I got a phone call from the office telling me they did not take my new insurance even thought its listed on the website that they do. I spoke with the billing manager who was super rude she told me several times she had been there for 9 years and she knew they didnt take it. I called my insurance and they called her letting her know that they do have a contract and she was just as rude to him. SO still no appt for me . But she did tell me to have a nice day. Really? I was referred to her by my PCP, as I moved here from another state. I have been getting injections for my lower back along with R.F. and M.B. since 2007. Im 60 now and take Hydrocodone to help with my pain. I've never abused my pain medication, because people that deal with pain take it for that reason. She was very adamant on numerous occasions how she wanted me to get off of them. I only take a half of one two or three times a day. I would not take any if the injections helped 100%, but in my case they don't. I guess if you have not dealt with this pain, it's hard to understand the extent of it. Well long story short, her staff is great, but Dr. Tracy lacks in compassion and treats you as your only there for pain meds and carries on like your an addict. Trust me I don't want to take them either, but I'm not a candidate for surgery as rods and pins would have to be used. I found another Doctor that has compassion as he took real interest in explaining my condition and offered me other meds like anti-inflammatory that also help with pain, never once did Dr. Tracy offer me anything other than injections. I'm thankful that I found another practice that is far more caring and professional in their approach in dealing with my condition. Praise the Lord???? First office visit the front office staff was efficient and extremely pleasant! Placed in room to be seen the nurses informed me she was asking questions that I needed to respond yes or no only, my issues needed more precise comments. The nurse also explained when Dr. Tracy came in I was to answer yes or no only. Then if I had need to ask Dr. Questions save it till last. I found Dr.Tracy to act as if I was a drug seeker! At 60+ years and suffering over 10 years in pain my primary suggested I see Dr. Tracy. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. My end result was leaving in pain with several bulged discs and torn rotator cuff that is very much in need of total replacement. The pain is real and not every patient is a drug seeker!! Not all questions are yes or no responses. In over 40 years working for physicians I have NEVER seen our patients treated so unfairly ! Since this posting I received a call asking if I needed an appointment? I have declined the option as I found an awesome doctor and no he never suggested drugs as treatment which is fantastic! Dr Tracy was very thorough and helpful.The staff was perfect. Much appreciated, as is Dr Tracy's expertise!

I tripped in my garage twisting as I fell. I felt immediate sharp pain in my side/back took my breat away. After several minutes able to get up with some scraps on knee and arm but couple days later sharp, breath grabbing pian in my back. Saw my PCP and initial xrays showed no fractures. I went back after 2wks of this sharp, breath grabbing pain, inabilty to stand longer then minute and interrupted sleep. He ordered CT of my back showed T12 compression fracture 40-50%. I called Dr Tracy's office for an appointment and she recommended Vertebralplasty for unhealing fracture. Procedure went great and the sharp breath grabbing pain was gone! 100% pain relief. I could stand longer, my enery level and stamina were back. Awesome doctor who explians everything well. Great staff works like well oiled machine, very efficient. I am a new patient of Dr. Tracy, but would like to commend her and her staff for her treatment of me. They are very professional, and even though I have been a challenge to deal with, they have given me the highest quality of care. Highly recommend her and her staff to anyone searching for a caring doctor.

Tried to contact Dr Tracy on 2 occasions. First the took some information and said that someone would contact me. This was first call. Tried to call the second time and no one answered.

Changed my life from being a debilitating, constant migraine sufferer to someone who can finally enjoy day-to-day life without suffering. She’s terrific!

Awful! She's abrupt to the point of being rude. Did not listen or allow questions. Told me she could help with shoulder pain and to see my orthopaedic Dr for Left pain. After she got reports I needed shoulder surgery she decided she could help with my leg pain and I could go to a surgeon for my shoulder. Left us to take a phone call. We finally went out to the waiting area and sat until someone dismissed us. Worse Dr I've ever been to. I wouldn't even give her one star except I have to in order to submit a review.

After many doctors made attempts to solve my back issues Dr Tracy managed to do what no other doctor could. When i first went to see Dr Tracy i had to use a walker and could barley get out of a chair. I am now happy to say after several treatments I can walk fine, enjoy my grand kids, and work around the garden I am a male 72 years old. you will find Dr. Tracy extremely component in her diagnoses and her ability to help her patients . This office impressed me so by the cleanliness and professionalism by everyone. Staff is friendly annd helpful. Dr.Tracy is such a pleasure. She is so good at putting you at ease. During my procedure she was very calm and soothing and you could feel you were in very good hands. Will recommend her to everyone.

Dr Tracy and her staff are top-notch! She takes great care of me and is providing genuine help for my instead of dispensing pills.

I found Dr. Tracy to be abrupt and not very caring. I don’t think she likes older people very much. She kept referring to my age 72 as too old to get help. She walked out the door before I could ask her any questions. She said I should go back to back surgeon but she didn’t think he could help me. I ask for pain medication but she insinuated I was an addict. She had the records that stated I haven’t had any pain medication for over 2 years and that was for knee surgery. I still have some of that left over. This is my experience after two lumbar shots that didn’t help me.

Before you can get an appointment you must send them a ton of documents, including referral from primary care physician even if not required from insurance. Then the doctor reviews your info to decide if she will take you as a patient. I sent all my info and even a letter as I wish to try other methods of treatment besides medication. She does RF Ablation which is something I was definitely interested in. Her staff called to tell me the doctor didn’t think she could help me. Really?

Excellent doctor! I have seen other physicians in this field and nobody has been as thorough as Dr. Tracy.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Tracy to family and friends. She is professional, explains procedures, and gives detailed patient instructions to insure best outcomes. She is precise in a plan of care, while empathizing with her patients level of pain. I am able to walk without pain Due to Dr. Tracy, doctors on Long Island could not help me. They gave me shots that only helped for 3 to 4 weeks. I have been going to Dr. Tracy for over 10 years and I thank God everyday for my Husband finding her for me... She was also able to fix a fractured Vertebra with an amazing procedure. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Tracy to anyone who needs a pain specialist..

Excellent care and exceptional help to get my Mom up and about in such a short time so she could attend a wedding out of state. It is 2 months ago and the procedure Dr. Tracy performed on Mom is a miracle. Her mobility and lack of pain is remarkable . Thanks to the entire staff and especially Dr.Tracy!
