Wouldn't recommend at all to anyone!!! Filthy office's, rooms. Prescription not wrote properly.Whice meant another trip back. Over billed Medicaid for services not done. I wouldn't let her treat my grandson ever again.

If I could rate them zero I would! Horrible experience here. The staff is all over the place and don’t seem to have any knowledge.. and on top of that they are super rude!!! And the doctor is just as clueless. Would not recommend going here. The office is also disgusting!! Will never be going back here again.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors appointment. She almost made my little sister cry. One of those doctors who doesn’t take mental health seriously because it’s “all in your head”. I tried to get my medicine represcribed and she interrogated me on why i had a prescription for my asthma medication, which i explained i had been on since i was little and needed it to breathe. She didn’t want to represcribe it bc she said it could cause depression? And i explained it to her on 5 different occasions that i /needed/ it to breathe and have never had a problem with it. Begrudgingly prescribed me one refill on it- wont approve anything else. So i still don’t have my medicine I need and i need to find a new doctor. My sister needed antidepressants and acne medication. She told my sister she probably has depression because of her acne. This was after I explained to this doctor that our entire family has severe chronic mental health issues. Absolutely ridiculous. Dismissed my sisters severe pain in her arm and told her to take a break using it, and this was after explaining to her that my sister took a break from using her arm and wore braces for months to no avail. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Would never recommend, unless you want someone to invalidate you and your medical needs. Plus the nurses think this doctor is god’s gift to earth, and also are not very good nurses so. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors appointment. I will not take my children back

Tried calling the office today to make an appointment 5 times and was unable to reach anyone. Really disappointed especially when they’re only open for 3 hours 4 days a week.

This was my daughter’s pediatrician 20 years ago and I recently came back not knowing she was still in the field.. As soon as I seen Dr Doherty she recognized me. She examined my son and called the specialist right there on site. I’m so thankful for her and her staff. My son got the medical attention he needed and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Doherty is a great pediatrician. She is caring and loving with her patients. She will take her time for you to explain your concerns about your kids health or any concerns you may have. She took great care of all my 3 kids.

I have tried to get someone at this office during office hours and phone goes straight to answering service. No one to answer phones. This is the 3rd day in a row.

Don't do it!!! If you love your kids this is not the doctor for you! Unprofessional, dirty, rude staff. She acts like she's running a pill mill. Gotta bring in your kids once a month for refills that they have to take on a daily basis!!! SMH! She doesn't give 90 fills!!!

This place and its staff "BRENDA" are so unprofessional!! First of all would you want your children in an office being treated for Pediatric care while there are patients in the same lobby for medical marijuana???!!! That is unprofessional enough alone! But it gets much worse! These people are a JOKE! nd should be CLOSED!

Dr Dogherty was so proffesioa, and staff curteous and helpful. Had a small problem with the Medical Marijuana registry but she took care of me and got it all straightened out. She took time to talk, at length, about medical marijuana and she informed me completely. Thanks Dr D

Don't use her to get your MMJ prescription! She doesn't fill out the monthly allotment so I got to Surterra and they said said I had to call her to get an Open status instead of expired. I requested smokable cannabis and she did the whole lung test yet I have no such endorsement so she failed to check the box or whatever. She is more expensive than Marijuana Doctor ($200 vs $150) and way less thorough. Nothing but headaches trying to get in contact with to get things corrected. I usually don't write negative reviews but for a cannabis patient to have to experience this just adds to the nervous anxiety disorder. If I could give half a star I would. And after addressing the issue to Bernice or whatever I get nowhere just a call back saying I need a Rx soon, as if I'd ever use her aagain! Don't use her to get your MMJ prescription! I am changing my childrens Doctor today. Not due to the Dr. herself she is wonderful. But her office staff is disrespectful and rude. They don't want to do their job and always have above nasty attitudes. My son needs a renewal to see his neurologist for his autism and they have been requesting the renewal for over 2 weeks and her staff just ignores the request. Then when I called they tell me he needs to be seen for the renewal. When I asked why someone didn't call and tell me he needed to be seen (this has never happened in the past she just renews it because autism doesn't go away and doesn't need to be diagnosed again) also he was just seen 3 months ago. The receptionist became defensive and rude so I did the same and told her just give me an appointment and she chose to hang up on me. When I called back I again said just make me an appointment and she refused telling me I need to calm down. This woman did not make my childs appointment. I had to cancel his appointment with his specialist because of her. This is someone who is in charge of childrens health and this is how she handles things. I will be reporting this office to the insurance company also. And I will get an appointment with the Dr. before I change pediatricians to inform her about the situation. Great doc very sweet

The office and examination room was FILTHY! One office staff member had their children running back and forth through the waiting room, they almost ran into my babies car seat he is was only 5 days old. The nurse had very long multi-colored fake nails... those harbor bacteria, neither she nor the doctor washed hands. Absolutely disgusting horrible experience.

Dr. Doherty is wonderful. She listens to our concerns ,she takes time to get to know the family. And they make it very comfortable for my little girl.

Love this place, it's like a family, was shocked they knew who I was over the phone

Filthy! My 9 month old daughter had a bug on her from the office! After being stripped down and asked to lay her down a bug claimed up on her! . She had to go there for her shots and never again is she going back! It was so gross the toys and canisters had cacked on dirt! The bathroom and every where dirty! To top it off she had an appointment at 10:30 am and didn't get seen till almost 12! Didn't leave till after 12:30! Longest wait ever! Wasn't even crowded! Also limited seating very small waiting room and no sepperation from sick kids. The staff and nurse was super friendly! But the doctor is not great leaves the room without saying anything! Not impressed by the office or Maria Doherty at all. The office it self was very dirty (brooksville). I dont believe the floor has ever been mopped. Plus the Dr literally only stays with the patient for maybe 10 minutes before she walks out. She seemed more concerned about me and my age and what i did for a living then my son who is the patient. Yes she did do her necessary job requirements as to write a script and write my son a school form but other than that not worth much. I do not recommend. I really didnt care for the doctor's assistance they didn't seem very professional at all. The only person who i did like in the office was the receptionist Brandy. I love Dr. Doherty and her staff....yes the waiting room is out dated but never judge a book by its cover....My kids love her and her staff that's the best part....She is always willing to listen to everything we have to say. Also her and her staff makes sure the kids are happy or trying to make them feel happy!!

I waited for three hours while the doctor went to get a dozen of eggs. The office staff is awesome. The doctor not so much...

Didn't much like it! Way too dirty, not sanitized. Need better improvement and the staff totally needs serious grooming... Doctor Maria is nice but doesn't understand situations. And as well gives out too much prescription that are not related to your symptoms!!

Always been very friendly especially the staff. I've only had an issue with one of her staff while I was going there. Very good doctor and listens to what's wrong with you. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a new pediatrician.

My first impression...Not very good looking facility. When I got to the tinted door, you can look inside and see the waiting room very big, but also very outdated and maybe filthy. I left because the doors were locked. I guess I came around lunch time for them...

The office was unbelievably gross! Stains all over the place, walls were filthy, and staff wasn't helpful at all! I waited an hour to see the nurse practitioner and I was the only one in the building. I walked up and down the hallway to see if there were any other patients and there weren't. NP didn't have an open mind either, its either her way or its wrong. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially ones with disabilities! Actually in the process of reporting them because of the filth.
