My sister was suffering with an impinged nerve and could not get appt till Jan 4 at another Dr , my friend sent me to Dr alasbbagh , they got her in in less then 24 hrs , he not only was a true professional at what he does , he went beyond expectation . One injection and it released . She was in misery walking in , her visit to Er at Oakhill was useless . Dr Alsabbagh is a very good pain Dr. He has done more for me than the other 2 pain doctors I have seen in the area. Sometimes the wait is long but he is well worth it. If you are having issues his awesome staff gets you right in. He treats me like family and I know I am in good hands with him.

Filthy office and doctor who's out for himself!

The Dr is not very personable, he doesn't seem to care about your issues. He doesn't look at x-rays or MRI'S HE JUST takes a stab in the dark and I think sometimes he thinks he knows what's wrong with and bases what he thinks is wrong with yo.

Dr is more interested in getting the money versus reliving pain. Needed a cortisone shot in the hip a this Dr was more interested in stabbing me in the spine ( twice ) versus relieving pain in the hip. Wanted to do a third epidural but the machine conveniently broke and did not call me when it was fixed. Me still in pain and then his result was give me hydrocodone. Absolutely the rudest Doctor AND staff I’ve ever experienced! Coming from out of state to re-establish care and was treated like a liar and a drug addict. The doctor didn’t listen to my needs and when I told him I would have never come here had the office staff been truthful upfront, the doctor DISAPPEARED AND NEVER RETURNED.. the office staff then argued my paperwork with me and my wife, refused a refund as well. We are a military family so transferring to different states is a normal process for us, and to be treated like drug-addicted trailer trash was absolutely appalling. I can give Dr Alsabbagh 2⭐ Only Bkuz he WAS the best Pain Management Specialist I had seen since mov'n2 Florida. I even tried the CBD Oil when it 1st came out. The day that he outrite accused me of sell'n my medz Bkuz I was inA substantial amount of pain that day, even thou my tests always came out positive for the amount I was takin, his true nature came out. On top of that, he then let me go as a patient, although he had no cause to, not even with time 2find another Doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Eyad Alsabbagh since I moved here. He listened to me reviewed my MRI's and sent me for an updated one. He started my treatments and I thank God that I went to him. He has continued the same treatments I was receiving in NY . I had an RF abliasion done to my lumbar and it has help me a lot. The pain is constant but manageable and don't have to take as much pain meds. The thoracic pain is the worst but with the cortisone and the nerve block it's manageable. Dr. Eyad Alsabbagh has been a blessing and has improved my quality of life. I am a retired emergency Medical Technician from FDNY did lots of heavy lift and carrying of patients which caused the damage to my back. I have been seeing Dr. Alsabbagh for over 2 years. He listens to what's wrong and uses all the modern technology to help your pain be almost gone. Don't be afraid of the radio-frequency injections...THEY WORK!!! The staff is caring and very helpful...I am moving and am gonna miss them

I visit the Doctor monthly and am very pleased with my treatment.

Dr. Alsabbagh has helped myself and my husband. My pain was a result of Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and back issues. My husband had limited mobility, his feet didn't have flexiblity, intense leg pain until he begain a series of injections -- TOTALLY AMAZING!! He is able to walk, no leg pain, mobility in the ankles and feet has returned, amazing!! Dr. Alsabbagh is so concerned for his patients; I find it rediculous that someone would say otherwise. His employees even comment how he provides a professional, kind, and considerate workplace.

Total Jerk!! Very rude and disrespectful!!! He actually took my phone and put in a great review for himself one one visit. He wouldn't forward my records when I started seeing a new Dr. If you stop receiving shots from him because they don't help it makes him mad. Sometimes he comes in with a terrible attitude. Probably because he had another fight with his wife.

This doctor is a joke! His rooms are filthy. He is more interested in money than he is in his patients. All his good reviews are likely from people getting drugs or marijuana. I wouldn’t take any of my dogs to him. Go there at your own risk!

Recently had an injection, one of several. and my experience with the doctor and his staff is they have always went out of their to be professional and compassionate. Dr. A is a excellent physician and a wonderful person: He is very kind and patient. When I was in very acute pain, Dr. A quickly helped me. To some this up, Dr. A is a wonderful doctor and person. His staff is very competent and caring too. John and Cindy tended to me this morning and they are very patient, friendly, caring and competent individuals. The Receptionist is competent and very friendly every time she sees me. Dr. A has seen me several times; so Dr. A and his staff are consistently this way.

Had my first appointment with this rude, judgemental, dismissive so called doctor today, & it was a horrible experience. After waiting for literally an hout & half to finally see him, he came in & was extremely rude from the start. I have a bad back & nerve damage on my leg, so I was sitting on the exam table with my foot up clutching my leg. He said that having my foot up on his table was disrespectful and I should sit like a normal person. I tried to explain to him that I sit like that at home & it helps alleviate the pain, & & he said I can sit anyway I want to when I'm home but not to put my foot up on his table. "This is my office & you will not disrespect me". It's an examination table! He said he was going to prescribe me a muscle relaxer & an anti-inflammatory and I tried to explain to him which ones work best for me. He said if I wanted to play doctor & tell him what he should prescribe to me, then I should leave & go find another doctor. I was trying again to explain to him that I meant no disrespect & was just trying to help him, help me, but he didn't want to hear it. I wasn't even there for medication, I was there to discuss the possibility of injections in the near future, but appearantly he thought I was there to dictate his treatment plan for me. He may have seen me for maybe a total of 3 minutes & was nothing but rude & judgemental. When his staff has to apologize for his behavior, you know it's bad. After he left the room abruptly, I went and asked the receptionist to refund my $150. She went & spoke to him and said that wasn't possible and then proceeded to hand me a discharge paper. That was while the staff was in the reception area shovelling ice cream sundaes in their mouths. Unprofessional all the way around. This doctor is rude, dismissive, judgemental, ignorant, & arrogant as all hell. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor & wouldn't bring my cat there! I should be fair though. He did treat me... He treated me like complete sh@$t!!! Some of the staff were extremely kind & professional, & u could tell they were embarrassed by his behavior. Is that how you welcome a new patient? Like I said, I wasn't even there looking for any medication. I was looking for a doctor that understood my condition & situation and could recommend aktealternat to Narcotic medications. He obviously was not that doctor! I have been going here 8 years for injections. Last time he hurt me with every stick of the needle. I don't get it. I don't know what happened to him he used to be nice and not hurt me and now that has changed. Will try someone new.

Dr. Alsabbagh suggested to me an orthopedic surgeon. My left hip needs replaced and I truly trust his judgement. He is a kind gentle Dr. who cares for his patients. His staff is courteous and friendly.

I have been to about 3 or 4 other pain doctors prior to seeing Dr. Alsabbagh because of the extreme pain in my back and each one of them had said that they were unable to help me because of my weight and they told me that I would have to lose the weight before they could treat me. So when I went to see Dr. Alsabbagh I expected to hear the same thing from him, and was totally surprised and almost cried when he said that he could help me. Since that first visit I have been going to Dr. Alsabbagh office and have had five procedures done, I have had 2 Nerve Blocks, 2 Oblations & 1 Oblation on my upper back, I will be going back to finish my upper back this Friday. I have to say that Dr. Alsabbagh has totally changed my life my pain levels are at bearable levels and some days I have little to no pain at all. Dr. Alsabbagh staff have always been friendly and professional, so I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Have been going to Dr. Alsabbagh for over 12 years as I have 2 permanently disabled legs from 2 different head on accidents plum serious problems with my lower back. The Dr has always been caring and concerned with my problems on a personal level and has never just been just another ( pill pusher ) . He has always given me the rite amont off meds as to not turn me into some kind off dependent druggie and had always been sympathetic to my needs. I have been a patient of Dr Alsabbagh for several years. I find the staff very efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. The nurses are also great. I recently was there for pain management. I am extremely pleased with my visits. His staff is wonderful. Cindy, Lacey, and Peggy are all great, as well as Dr. Alsabbagh himself. They are all very caring health professionals. I had been in extreme pain since 2005, and had been to many doctors and also naturalists as well. No one has ever given me relief until I came to Dr. Alsabbagh! Highly recommend them. They are a great team.

He's very rude. I finally switched Doctors Thank GOD!! He is greedy. Always wanting to give you shots so he can make more money off ya. He actually grabbed my phone and filled out a review of himself on it. Of course giving himself 5 stars. How rude do you call that? I wonder how many times he's done that to patiences.

Went to Dr Alsabbagh after a few months of Physical Therapy. Pain from arthritis and degenerative disc. Pain has progressed over the past 20 years. Injections (Medical Branch Block) for me, have worked tremendously. Would highly recommend this procedure to folks in the same boat. DR A is a great guy, knows what he is doing, nice bedside manner, & his staff is as nice as he is!

The Dr. And staff are wonderful, for those to whom say otherwise there is usually the reason,understand he is regulated by the laws that are in place and cannot bend, so don't insult his ability to be a good Dr.,to get your way do I like the reduction in my pain meds,no but he follows the directives set fourth. It is frustrating to have to do with the extra pain, but he will try to make you comfortable as possible, so please don't yell and scream in the office and stress us all out. Be courtious
