The practice makes one feel if they are not wealthy they would get a reduced level of care as you have to pay to access differing levels of contact with staff and doctors - more money paid into a plan = more and better access. When I had my consultation with Dr. Rozin she asked me if I knew I was fat. She then proceeded to make me cry during the appointment and eventually pointedly informed me she probably was not the doctor for me. I had already reached that conclusion.
