Had him when he was in the old Saratoga Mall called Queensbury Dental. He would compare me to my little sister, and tell me I didn't need novacaine. She didn't... Basically making fun of me. Horrible treatment. I should have sued him ???? I was in his current place, asked who was the dentist. She told me his name. Walked out. NOT HAPPENING.

Drove nearly two hours just to be denied because I have a clicking jaw and they "Don't have the tool to pop it back in". Pretty sure they just denied me because I'm autistic with hyper mobility since they treated me differently after seeing the paperwork I filled out.

The took me in and did an extraction last minute and on a holiday no less. Very happy with what they did!!!!!

I'm going through the EXACT SAME THING as R.N. wrote. Bad toothache, assistant says nothing wrong with my teeth. Told me to go to urgent care, which I did. Urgent care told me to go back to my dentist. I was also a new patient and the Dr never said anything to me, other than "bite" for each xray. No introduction, no small talk, no nothing. I have never been treated so badly. I went there for a toothache. The dentist never spoke to me in the exam room, only to his secretary/assistant. I had been to a dentist a month prior and was told I had an abscess on my root and needed a root canal. While waiting for my prior auth they stopped taking my insurance so I came here hoping they could help me fix my tooth. The assistant comes back and says the Dr said there's nothing wrong with my tooth and the x-rays were normal. I said ok but my tooth hurts, what can I do? She goes and tells the Dr and I can hear him yelling at her about it. He sees me in the doorway of the exam room and yells at me that there's nothing wrong with me. I said but the tooth hurts and he says take some aspirin. I asked why he was yelling at me and he loudly tells me to leave. I was so confused. Staying in the other room and having the lady go back and forth was weird. I was a new patient and that's how they treated me. Stay away from this place. Awful. Absolutely awful. Dirty, unprofessional, nasty attitude. Nys should be ashamed to allow this provider anywhere near it’s communities!
