I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking their child to this place.

We really loved our experience, but unfortunately it all changed once my child needed 4 cavities filled. We went in for a check up and next thing I knew they were explaining she had cavities and it would be best due to her "temperament" that I should sedate her for the work. My daughter (5 yeas old) did cry ate the appointment, but ONLY because the person who took the x-rays tripped on the cord and it yanked out of her mouth. I immediately got concerned over the sedation and was told I could wait IN THE PARKING LOT while they put her under. I asked if laughing gas was a possibility and was made to feel like it wouldn't work and I'd end up doing the sedation anyway. I let them know I wanted to get a second opinion. The person on the phone told me that if I got the opinion and decided to do the work there, then I should change offices because it would be "too confusing" READ---we don't want you back. We did the work with another dentist under laughing gas with no issue at all.

All around great office. My girls were very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

My three children has been going to Dr. Byrne for years and I can not say enough great things about her practice. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for all that you do!

Professional and wonderful as always. My daughter had to have a couple of stubborn teeth pulled. Received a call a few hours later just to make sure she was doing ok.

From the moment we were greeted at the door, we had a wonderful experience! The entire staff is friendly and inviting. My son loved the dogs! We will definitely be recommending Dr. Byrne to others.

Staff was extremely cautious, aware and helpful given the Challenges Covid-19 poses During this time. We appreciated their efforts and the girls ,as always, felt comfortable and at home there. I have to say, though, that I was a bit disappointed in the other patrons behavior in the parking lot while waiting. Families were being very disrespectful of what Dr. Nikki and her staff were asking patients and families to do “All patients must remain in their vehicle” by congregating in the parking lot, talking to each other with out masks and not social distancing. This is not a joke and we all need to take this seriously. Not just for you and your family, but for everyone in our community- especially our health care providers who are risking a lot including their own personal health and safety to keep your kiddos cavity free and healthy! Thank you Dr. Nikki and staff for trying to make this tough time an easy transition, now it is our job to respectfully follow through with their requests and keep us all healthy! Amazing Experience for my 16-month old’s first dental appointment! Professional & friendly staff! Follows strict COVID protocols, which helps ease my worries as a parent! Very time efficient; we were in & out of office! Highly recommend Dr. Nikki & her team!!!

Melody doesn’t mind going to the dentist like I used to! She loves the hygienists and therapy animals! We’ve been going every six months for a few years and feel at ease. She’s had 3 extractions of baby teeth and other than the nasty cotton ball in her mouth has been a fine experience. Dr. Byrne and her amazing staff have always gone above and beyond in caring for my special needs son. You can tell the quality of people that work in the office by their compassionate and thorough care all the children that walk in and out with beautiful smiles.

First trip to the dentist for my almost 3 year old daughter and they were so great! Everyone was very sweet and made her feel very comfortable. Patient with her too when she struggled. A great first experience and excellent covid precautions in place.

My daughter's appointment was at 10:20 and we were seen at 10:20 and done at 10:45. They are very efficient. Our hygienist and the doctor are very kind and know how to talk to toddlers. On the way home, my 2 year old daughter asked if we could go back to the dentist tomorrow.

Easy to make appointments. Office staff is friendly and the children feel comfortable. The office is beautiful with many murals and comfortable furniture. Foosball, fort, video games, child friendly movies and quick in and out service too. Dr. Nikki is kind and informative. The hygienists make my children feel special and remembered every visit. She said son had cavities. Had our (not pediatric) dentist and then another pediatric dentist check his teeth prior to procedure. No cavities! We never went back for the procedure and switched him to our (non-pediatric) dentist. He was 5 when she found the "cavities." He never developed any cavities in any of his teeth and he is 15 now. Get a second opinion before you allow her to work on your child's mouth.

My kids love coming to the dentist. Everyone is great with them at Dr. Nikki's!

My children have been going to Dr Nicky since they were babies. They are 12 & 13 now. They both love her and so do I. The entire staff is so friendly hand helpful!

Everyone was so nice. The office is full of toys and books and is a very welcoming environment. They worked quickly with my 2 year old boy and he left happy!

Wonderful first experience! My son is 3 with ASD, and everyone was nothing but patient and kind. Beautiful service dogs too! Bosco made him smile and laugh. I highly recommend!!

Dr Nicole and her staff are wonderful with the kids!! They are so gentle and fun, they’ll blow bubbles and give stickers to coax the kids into opening wide. Their office is adorable and stocked with toys-my daughter never wants to leave- she wants to stay and play. Bosco the puppy is her favorite! He will even wear wings and be a binky fairy if you call ahead, and you can him the binky when it’s time to give them up. I am sooo glad we have this wonderful office in our town! We have been going to Dr. Nikki since my daughter was 6 months old and have always loved it there. The staff is beyond friendly and Dr. Nikki is very knowledgeable. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist.

Dr. Nikki and her team offer a personalized experience that is second to none. She’s been my daughters dentist for the past 8 years and we’ve never felt like an inconvenience or “just a number” to her or her staff. The receptionist is always welcoming and you get an actual person when you call!

My girls (age 2) went to this practice for their very first dentist appointment and it was a great experience. The staff was wonderful, the office was nicely stocked with toys to distract them and the therapy dog (Bosco) came right to the chair when my one daughter started crying. My son is a patient at this practice and each visit has been a great experience. The office is clean and inviting and all of the staff are so kind and professional, and my son looks forward to his dentist visits. His experience at this practice has also alleviated a great deal of his anxiety surrounding toothbrushing and flossing.

Amazing office from the front desk service all the way through to the dental check up with the Dr. Nikki. Everything is done in a thorough manner and explained to the patient and parents every step of the way. A professional environment with a kid at heart mentality this is the perfect environment to bring your children for dental care. The therapy dogs are the best and are kind and amazing with all the children.

I have 4 children that have been seeing Dr. Nikki since they were toddlers. They all have always looked forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Nikki is very sweet and gentle as are all of the staff at the office.

Dr. Byrne is great! Her and the staff always make visits such an enjoyable experience. I've never had to wait more than 10 min in the waiting room and to top it off she has 2 therapy dogs in the office which make our visits even more exciting! I highly recommend bringing your children to Dr. Byrne!

Highly recommend this practice! Dr. Byrne is a great pediatric dentist and I feel totally confident with her. Also my daughter never minds going for her check-ups. The staff is also very friendly and the office is beautiful.

Dr. Bryne’s office is always an easy, enjoyable visit. The staff is fun and friendly and knowledgeable and they always make my daughter feel comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Byrne to many people and everyone loves her and her staff. Can’t say enough about how happy we’ve been here, I think my daughter will want to stay until she’s 30!

Dr. Byrne and her staff are great! They have therapy dogs and its so nice to be able to pet them while waiting. My daughter knows most of the staff by 1st name and they are all so warm and welcoming!

Great office! The staff is very friendly.

Always a pleasant experience. My son feel so comfortable there that he usually wants to stick around after! Wonderful staff and sweet therapy dogs...our favorites!

I would give this office 10 stars if I could! Ever staff member is friendly and great with children! They explain everything before they do it to the kiddos, plus always make sure that I dont have any questions before leaving. We love Dr Nikki's office. Every person we have ever dealt with there from front desk to hygienists to Dr Nikki has been wonderful. They all know how to talk to and connect with the kids without being condescending. We have never had to wait upon arrival. My daughter has gone to Dr. Nikki since she was 2 years old. She has never been afraid and has had treatment done. She loves going to the dentist and has gotten to know many of the staff members. It is a nice place to go, we never have to wait and the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

My daughter had many cavities so Dr. Byrne suggested to do all cavities at once in hospital by sedating my daughter who is only 6 years' old back then. I asked her can she do it slowly like 2 cavities a time or something and she refused by blaming my daughter has a big tongue and not cooperating and so on. She might be busy or earned enough but she should not even think about putting any young kid into sleep if there are other better and safer ways. We went to another Dr. who is so much better.

Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about because I go into the exam room for every one of our boys visits (ages 5 & 7) for years. But I expect that to end soon as our oldest likes his independence. Wait time is usually a few minutes at most but my boys want to go early to spend time in the waiting room playing Wii or Foosball. Excellent hygienists and Dr. Byrne is excellent too.

I will never go there again . They do not allow you to go in with your child during a non surgical procedure, even if your child wants you with them. They also love to refer you for braces when your child clearly doesn't need them.
