Excellent customer support.

After going to the room to see the doctor it seems like a time for me. This was the first time I had waited this long to be seen. In fact I always been in a short time period I guest I am spoiled. I couldn't have a better doctor to be on the team with me. He gets a 10 plus from me.

Dr. T is intelligent, personable and caring. He provides a very good and explainable diagnosis.

I waited for over 30-35 minutes in the waiting room before my blood work. After my blood work, I waited for another 15 minutes before I was called in to see Dr. Tiwarri. Waited for another 30-35 minutes before he came in. In expressing my concern for such long wait, he responded by asking whether I waited for 6 hours, because patients are usually asked to wait for 6 hours. I then told him that I've never experienced waiting for 6 hours in any doctor's office. To my surprise, he then asked if I would want to see another doctor. Because of the time constraint in the pick-up time of my public transportation (MetroAccess), opting for another doctor would have been unproductive. I therefore decided to stay with him and eventually spoke with the Practice Manager, who assured me that she would bring it up with him and was expecting to get a feedback from her, however, since 2 days I'm still waiting for a feedback.

Five stars for Dr. Tiwarri and the nurses. My complaint is not being able to reach the office by phone and not responding to voicemail. When you get to talk to someone it's ALWAYS we don't have any information/handle that then when transferred you either get cutoff or end up right back where you started. It's REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Dr. T is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and patient. I’ve seen him for MS infusions and Iron Deficiency during pregnancy. A+ 5 stars! Don’t hesitate to book with Dr. Tiwarri!

I absolutely love Dr. Tiwarri. He's beyond exceptional and treats his patients like family. He's a extremely knowledgably doctor and cares a tremendous amount for all his patents. Dr Tiwarri was very professional, skilled and knowledgeable in the area of hemoglobin concerns. What struck me the most was his kind eyes/smile and he spoke to me as if he was an old friend that was here to help me get to the root of the matter. He took his time with concern & patience! I was pleasantly surprised of his empathy from my issues. I would highly recommend Dr Tiwarri for any all Hemoglobin/Oncology concerns. Excellent care! What a breath of fresh air!! The best this area has to offer in my book. Great care & concern for the patient!!

Dr. Tiwarri is an excellent doctor. He stays up to date on current cancer treatments, care, etc. In addition to being a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner, Dr. Tiwarri communicates well, listens to his patients concerns is very kind and compassionate. I will say that the following is no reflection on Dr. Tiwarri, but, my iron infusion experiences were far from good. I was given no instructions on what to expext, what I should bring (drinks, snacks, blanket, etc.), whether anything might be available, how long it might take, etc. It may have just been a few bad days for the staff, but, no one was particularly helpful or kind -- not unkind - just very "matter of fact."

Dr. Tiwarri and his team have been taking care of me for a bit more than 6 years, He is a talented, highly competent and caring doctor, who has shepherded my wife and I through the on-going treatment of CLL. He is personable and always willing to explain both treatments and the implications. All in all I highly recommend him and am grateful for his continuing care

As a nurse I truly love everything about Dr. T’s practice and his bed side manner. You know he cares about you and is in this fight with you. He is up to date on all the treatments. His staff is caring and compassionate. Having cancer is hard but Dr. T let’s you know he is there for you and will do what needs to be done.

Dr Tiwarri has changed our lives. We were sent to him by another Physician and we thank God that we did. My husband was diagnosed with Large B Cell lymphoma - Dr T put him on a regiment of Chemo and 6 months later we are now cancer free. He takes the time to talk to you; and a far as we are concerned he is now considered FAMILY. Thank you Dr. T and your staff of professional, courteous and caring individuals. Bobby & Maria Padgett

My visits are always welcoming, calming and informational. Dr. "T" always makes me feel as if he is sincerely interested in how I'm doing and feeling and he takes the time to LISTEN.

Dr. Tiwarri is one of the best physicians I have when it comes to my health. He goes the extra mile to make sure I receive all necessary test to rule out anything that may become an issue. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. Couldn't ask for a better oncologist.

Dr. Tiwarri was outstanding, his concern about my well being and health speaks volumes! He's a God sent! But the young lady with the long eyelashes at the front desk, Brandywine location needs the gift of hospitality, training, and should be micromanaged. She's disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and shouldn't be at the front desk. She's ice cold! If she's going to whisper and talk about patients under her breath, when we come there to get better. We're at a low health wise, we don't need no young person the help check us in with a ice cold heart, unacceptable.

He told me to have faith in him and my husband trusted him immediately. We were told he was the best in the area. Well he didn’t disappoint. My cancer is gone. Dr. Tiwarri was the nicest and most caring doctor. He has a great bedside manner and will actually listen to all your concerns. His whole staff are a great bunch of people to deal with and we are so thankful for him and the way he has taken care of us since my husband was diagnosed with cancer. We would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience from the moment I got to Dr. Tiwarri's office. The ancillary and medical staff were pleasant and efficient. I did not have a long wait from initial registration to bloodwork and then seeing the doctor. Dr. T was friendly, extremely thorough and patient which was exactly what I needed given my medical situation. I was able to schedule a folIow-up appointment easily and I have already referred Dr. T to my family.

I would not recommended this office. The front desk is rude and Dr. Tiwarri lost my trust when he went back on his word after tell me to complete a few steps then switch up on my surgeon. Not trust worthy at all.

I have been going to this practice for 8.5 years now and absolutely love Dr. T as my hematologist. He is one of the absolute best in his field and it shows when it comes to his patients.

Well on my first visit, things kinda went left. However, on my second visit I spoke with Dr. Tiwarri about my concerns. We worked things out, I am glad to have stayed with him. Dr. Tiwarri is a Great Doctor. Make an appointment to see him if the need arises. He is worth it~

Dr. Tiwarri is very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and never gives up on his willingness to help me. After 15 months of working with him in the fight of my life, he continues to earn the respect and thankfulness of me, my family and friends. Even during our covid scare he educated us on how to defeat that disease with specific instructions that we followed to the letter. Every day I have with my loved ones I owe to him and Maggie. Dr. T always proceeds cautiously and deliberately with any treatment he has given me. My data results from the bloodwork done every time I am there drives his decision. I know I am a partner in all his decisions and when new treatments are required he always restates how my feelings and needs are as important as the treatment type he perscribes. I definately feel like a partner of his in my healthcare. He continually reminds me that they are here for me and to tell them what i need.

Dr. Tiwarri is really great! He treats his patients as intelligent adults and explains both the proposed treatments and the potential impacts. In addition he is a friendly and approachable and has been treating me for CLL for the better part of 6 years, thanks to he and his team the CLL is under control and my quality of life satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Dr. Tiwarri and the clinical staff are absolutely great! He's been thorough in my testing and explanation of the process and next and that is appreciated! However, the phone operators, front desk staff and front desk management are all HORRIBLE! They never answer the phone or return calls when you need to make appointments. In addition, I was rudely addressed by two of the front desk staff. If my care under Dr. Tiwarri was not ending soon I would have changed offices. People are coming in under difficult circumstances and to have staff be unkind makes it even worse. I would NOT reccomend this office.

The visit was great I love Dr T. But it's hard to get an appointment or a call back for even a prescription renewal.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tiwarri to anyone needing a clinical oncologist. He is excellent at diagnosing the right treatment for your cancer. He saved my life!!! His staff is extremely compassionate and you get first rate care from the nurses.

Dr. Tiwarri and his colleague are angels in disguise. They were able to calm my fears and strengthen my Faith. The staff show much concern and consideration for each and every patient. I am thankful because they go beyond their duties as professional. I appreciate having them on my side and helping me survive and concur the silent killer, CANCER!!! Thank God for the Oncology Hematology medical team! I am so Happy that I was referred to Dr Tiwarri and the Crew. Thank you all, I'll see ya soon!
