Same doctor who conspired w/Michael Shausten (now at the Dorn VA SC), Karin McGraw (now at the Pittsburgh), Dr. Berryman, officer Mark Webb, RN Mark McClung (still at Beckley) along w/ judicial figures AUSA John File and Magistrate Judge R.Clarke VanDervort. The same Deland Peterson who's been covering up a case of excessive force/torture by police in 2008. If this is the same Peterson, he's a shady somebody you better not turning your back on.
