Was told I was going to get a free consultanation and a week later I was charged the bill beware guys

Dr Rice and her staff is very tentative to all my needs. After my through consultation with Dr. Rice, I was explained from start to finish my treatment plan with Linda, and she was able to answer my insurance questions. She did explain to me that some of my procedures were not a covered benefit and an estimate of my portion the day of the procedure. Monica and Bri in the back office both assisted in my procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rice and her team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rice's for more than ten years. I have been seeing her hygienist and can absolutely say I love it there. The office is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and I'm always seated right on time or early when I get the first appointment of the day. They are caring and have helped me with my insurance challenges, which let's be honest, are always a problem. Even when the insurance company has refused to pay timely, they helped me to be reimbursed. Will go back

I was lied by the office staff that my procedures would be covered by Insurance Company so I agreed to the work to be done, only to find out it was not. They are dishonest in their business dealings.

Dr. Rice was recommended to me by my dentist after I had seen two endodontists for tooth pain following a crown. She was informative and gentle, but also thorough. She recommended surgery and when done, I finally had found the relief I needed. She let me know my insurance probably wouldn't cover the procedure, and they didn't at first, but with her staff helping me along the way, the insurance finally paid a significant portion and I was able to be reimbursed. I am a happy patient.

My experience was primarily with Dr. Rice's hygienist, who did an exceptional deep cleaning. There were some billing problems with her office staff being vague and not in synchrony with Dr. Rice herself. She would do well in judging their competence.

We concur with previous unfavorable online appraisals. Dr. Rice is apparently inept in her ability to interpret results of x-rays. Also, there are problems with overcharging patients.

Our experience with Dr. Rice's hygienist was excellent but we were not informed about procedures, such as laser treatment, that were not covered by our insurance. This resulted in an unusually high personal expense for the simple cleaning work performed. Although there was no direct bodily examination by Dr. Rice herself, her diagnosis of urgent dental problems could not be verified by our family dentist.
